Nothing Says You Have to Look & Act Your Age- I’m not referring to being Irresponsible, but Instead having a HEALTHY, ACTIVE, FIT, LIFESTYLE

Generally, when searching for a diet, we are often thinking of a diet to achieve short-term results rather than long-term benefits. The real benefits of an effective diet program aren’t just measured in terms of weeks and months, but instead should be weighed for the long-term lifestyle change in decades.

With my chemical engineering background, I developed a diet and fitness program that allowed me to lose 45- pounds in six-weeks and a total of 52- pounds within nine- months. I lost a total of eight-and-a-quarter inches in my waistline, within nine-months for the short-term results that I wanted. I have posted my Log Sheet below:

But the real results were what I achieved from my diet and fitness program in the long-term, as I have managed to keep off the weight and maintain my waistline going on seven years now. The featured photograph was taken on June 21, 2021, at age 64, in our hangar while getting ready for an airshow.

But as you can detect from this featured photograph on my INDIAN Motorcycle, I achieved something that Ponce de Leon was looking for in the southeastern part of our country, that is now the SEC. Ponce de Leon was looking for a fountain of youth. My ASCOT- DIET & FITNESS Program that I developed delivered something totally unexpected, a healthier, younger-looking skin. The reason I wanted to lose weight and inches in my waistline was that I was about to retire at age 57 to start The Yankee Performance Sports Training and Apparel Quarters in March of 2015. Not only was I just starting my online sports training and apparel business; I was also planning on modeling with young ladies that I work with in modeling the official line of US WINGS® Leather Jackets and where I’m modeling the classic chino khaki pants with the classic button-down oxford shirts.

Not only was I planning on modeling with these young ladies who are one-third of my age, I was going to produce sports, fitness and golf training videos for my website that people could access, FREE of charge.

I have posted my Orange Bucket Challenge below that I demonstrated at Germantown High School Football Field. I came from a sports family background in golf and fitness that I enjoy sharing my golf techniques with others, especially The Palmer D-PRO Golf Technique . This Palmer D-PRO Golf Technique allows the golfer to hit more fairways & greens in regulation using a simple sync & preset technique. I use the Orange Bucket Challenge to demonstrate my Sync & Preset Technique.

My Orange Bucket Challenge was filmed by the WJTV-12 film crew out of Jackson, Mississippi. They filmed this Orange Bucket Challenge for a couple of their Sports Zone sports show that airs each Sunday night between 10:20 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. Sports Zone is hosted by Noah Newman, Blake Levine, and Hailey Hunter.

Also Congratulations to the Mississippi State University Bulldogs Baseball Team for winning the 2021 NCAA College World Series held at Omaha Nebraska.

The reason I mention baseball is that my golf swing is based on the baseball-type swing.

The Objectives of The Orange Bucket Challenge has two main purposes: ONE is to get my tee shots to land within 15- foot of the orange bucket. SECOND– is to allow me to train my subconscious mind where all my instincts are located. We don’t play golf with our conscious mind, THINKING, but we exclusively use our subconscious mind INSTINCTS. Drills like the Orange Bucket Challenge allows you to hardwire your golf game directly in with your instincts.

   

Not Only Did I Drop Weight and Years off my Appearance, I dropped my Numbers as well!

An effective diet program has to be coupled with a complete fitness program that can provide you with long-term health benefits. Dropping pounds and inches are impressive, especially when you’re talking about dropping 52- pounds and eight-and-a-quarter (8.25) inches. But just as important and impressive are the long-term numbers that I dropped also, such as my Blood pressure (104/58 pulse 56), Cholesterol (Total 176), and blood Glucose (NF 115) levels, or BCG values. NOTE: A good Non-Fasting (NF) Glucose Reading should be between 112 to 140 mg/dL.

Below is my average blood pressure reading without taking any prescribed medication of any kind. At age 64, I don’t take any prescribed medication:

I proved that a major part of your fashion and personal style is your fitness. A major part of my fitness was that I dropped something totally unexpected; I dropped not just years off my health of my skin, but decades.
