There are not many diet plans out there on the market that will allow you to drop weight, inches, and also allow you to defy your age at the same time. But that is exactly what I have achieved with the CASIMIR-DIET & FITNESS System, in weeks, not months. Actually within 13- weeks, I lost 6- inches, 45- Lbs, and about 30-years off the condition and the age of my skin, refer to the featured image above.
The reason that the CASIMIR-DIET & FITNESS System is so effective because is it based on WHEN I ate and WHAT foods I ate based on a Caloric diet high in protein, fiber, Omega-3 Fats, amino acids, probiotics, and complex carbohydrates. NOT ALL CARBS are the same, nor should be treated the same! A high protein, high fiber, and omega-3 fats diet improves a person’s Blood Pressure, Blood Glucose, Cholesterol, and more importantly, a person’s waistline that is tied to their heart health and the appearance of their skin.
A diet that is high in both protein and fiber provides key, essential nutrients for healthy looking skin and hair along with Brewer Yeast. If you have thinning hair, Brewer Yeast is a great supplement to take. The CASIMIR-DIET benefits can be broken down into individual components as noted below:
Caloric consists of foods that allow your body to readily metabolize and convert your food directly into energy that your body can burn and use as energy without being stored as fat. Certain foods have higher Caloric ratings MET INDEX Rating (MIR) than others, and these are what I refer to as high Caloric MET INDEX Rating at or below 3.25 Rating. Foods with lower Caloric MET INDEX Rating allow the body to convert certain foods into energy without being stored as fat. This is exactly what an effective diet does for you to lose the weight and inches.
A key part of using Caloric foods with a low MET INDEX Rating is that even with a slow metabolism, you can still see results of weight loss in weeks not months. After your 20’s, your body’s metabolism starts to slow down, about 10 percent for every decade past a person’s 20’s. Caloric, or the MET INDEX Rating, allowed me to defy the odds of losing weight even after age 56 in 2014.
What you are doing by using the CASIMIR-DIET & FITNESS System is allowing your body to metabolize food at a high rate and using the energy from the food without it being stored as fat. The MET INDEX Rating (MIR) can be determined from nine (9) simple data points from the Nutrition Label on foods or looked up on your I-phone for fresh produce in grocery stores and foods from your favorite restaurant. The MET INDEX Rating (MIR) provides you with data to see how easily the body can metabolize certain foods without seeing weight gain, see below:
For example, if you want to see how effective the MET INDEX Rating is, just compare Sweet Potato to that of an Idaho Potato. Even though the sweet potato has higher sugar level than the Idaho potato, the Idaho potato has a higher MIR, due to the hidden sugars, starches. Starches, or simple carbohydrates, are actually the culprit to a person’s ability to lose weight.
A- Amino Acid
Amino acid is one of the components in the CASIMIR-DIET that makes it so effective in losing weight and taking years off your appearance. The body doesn’t produce amino acids (or Protein), but it has to come from your diet. The CASIMIR-DIET is rich in protein-based foods, like meats, eggs, and protein-based vegetables, and especially beans. Pinto Beans are among the food group that is considered the perfect foods, along with pinto beans and sweet potatoes, refer to the Nutrition Label above.
Protein is essential for healthy skin. Protein contains two amino acids, including L-lysine, and L-proline for healthy-looking, young skin. Protein also is required to produce collagen and keratin, which are essential supplements for skin, hair, and nail care.
This is the main reason that I have listed amino acid as the first component in the CASIMIR-DIET System. Just remember that there are two categories of Protein consisting of COMPLETE Protein (animal source like chicken, fish, eggs, beef, and milk). INCOMPLETE Protein (plant based protein).
So protein is essential not only for nutrition for your health in weight loss, but your skin care as well; along with a fitness program, you want to sweat it out during your workouts. I refer to my fitness program as The Mojave Gym Workout, because my home gym is in the attic space over my photography studio. The amount of sweating that I do is turbocharged because my gym is un-air-conditioned where temperatures can reach 118° Fahrenheit during the summer months (June thru September months) here in Mississippi.
Just remember your skin is the largest organ that you have and the first indication of your health that people see; the second is your waistline. The health of your skin is your biggest key indicator in making a first impression on people.
Your doctor will harp on you to drop your weight, blood pressure, blood glucose, and cholesterol numbers that are key Indicators of one’s health and fitness stats. Both my blood pressure and waistline are posted in the featured image at my age of 65 above, when this photograph was taken.
S- Soluble (Fiber)
A diet high in Soluble fiber has many health benefits, including weight control, lowering one’s Cholesterol numbers, regulating blood sugar levels, and preventing intestinal cancer, and helping you avoid constipation. Fiber is compared to a janitorial service that cleans and removes the waste from your body to allow it to function at its peak level and allow you to have healthy young looking skin. Consuming fiber prevents a person from feeling sluggish also.
A diet high in fiber is also important to reduce inflammation in the skin, but that isn’t all that a diet high in fiber does. In addition to weight loss, it can reduce joint discomfort, help to prevent bone loss, and promote heart health. If you are over the age of 45, consuming fiber is beneficial to your health. My typical blood pressure reading at age 65, in posted above and I’m not on any medication, just by following my CASIMIR-DIET & FITNESS System:
Soluble fiber helps the absorption of essential nutrients and antioxidants, like lutein, lycopene, and vitamin C needed for the production of collagen. Another important feature of fiber is production of antioxidants to prevent aging and is the best way to achieve healthy younger-looking skin along with a fitness workout that includes strength training. MIR- METABOLIC INDEX Rate
The body has an internal clock called the Circadian Rhythm that allows it to metabolize food effectively within an 8-hour window. During this 8- hour period, the body can metabolize food and allow the body to use it as energy. Eating outside of this 8- hour period doesn’t help the body metabolize the food, but store it as fat. Even more seriously, eating past 6 p.m. increases your blood pressure, blood glucose, cholesterol, and the everything you DO NOT want to occur, aging of your skin to look older. I don’t know too many people over the age of 35 who want to look older.
In order for a person to lose weight, there are just two criteria the person must follow:
WHAT– Use Nutrition Labels to calculate a simple MET INDEX based on nine (9) factors.
WHEN– Eat meals within the 8- hour period between (9 a.m. and 6 p.m.)
Just by doing this, you will lose weight and see results as I have after I developed the CASIMIR-DIET System. I lost 45- pounds and over six (6) inches in my waist in just 13-weeks. I lost a total of 52- pounds and eight inches within the next nine- months. Better yet, I have kept the weight off for going on nine (9)- years now.
