Using the Kosher 925-MET Diet Weight Factor in Preparing Holiday Meals

In my routine recipes that I use to prepare our meals, I know the Weight Factor of each ingredient and the impact it has on me in maintaining my weight through the year. I recently had a Thanksgiving dinner party, where some of the menu items called for ingredients that I normally do not use during the year, and these consist of mainly sour cream and coconut flakes for a fruit salad.

A couple of days after we had the dinner party, we were finishing up leftovers, which leftovers are my favorite dishes; one reason is the flavor is enhanced. This especially goes for chili. If you’ve ever had chili, you realize the chili taste improves on the second day. Chili is great and can be a healthy dish that is easy to have during the week.

I was getting ready to make a photo shoot for the featured photograph above, where I’m wearing the US WINGS® A-2 Cape Buffalo Leather Flight Jacket and went to put on my favorite khaki pants that I wear for my photo shoots. When I went to button them, I had a three-quarter-of-a-inch gap, which is highly unusual. So we postponed the photo session for three days.

After three days, I made the featured photo shoot, featuring my US WINGS® A-2 Cape Buffalo Leather Flight Jacket and the khaki pants fit with a half-inch to spare. I did this with the Indiana Jones fedora hat and my bullwhip I used on the farm when running cattle.

The photo backdrop is of Banteay Srei Temple in Anglor, Cambodia.

There is one helpful hint that I would like to give those who are trying to lose weight, especially around the Holidays and leading up to making our New Year’s Resolutions. Write down each item you eat during the week. This allows you to go back and see if there is any increase in inches in the waistline, or weight, and where it came from.

The Culprit of My Gaining Inches in My Waistline

The only items I have never calculated a Weight Factor for were the sour cream and coconut that I used in the fruit salad. The Weight Factor for the Sour Cream was 17.5, and the Weight Factor for the Coconut was 10.60.

Now just to give you a sense for what I consider a very high Weight Factor is 7.3 for a snack food for 27 Cheez-Its crackers. To me, this is off my diet, and still allows me to lose weight or, in my case, now maintain my waistline of 29 inches.

After I found the culprit to my increased waistline gain, I decided next time to replace the sour cream with plain yogurt and totally leave out the coconut, which was totally fine with my wife. One item in the fruit salad that did surprise me that came in at a low Weight Factor was the one-cup of marshmallows. The marshmallows have a weight factor of 2.2.

Why is the Weight Factor a Major Part of My Kosher 925-MET Diet Program

The main reason that the Weight Factor is the turbocharger for the Kosher 925-MET Diet Program is the hidden sugars (or starches) it can detect.

When I retired from being a Grid Engineer with a utility, I started my company (THE QATSPY®) that included golf instruction videos and sports apparel for men and women. Both required fitness in order to be effective. You don’t want to be overweight to promote golf or sports apparel. I was 45 pounds overweight. My first golf video I produced showed that to be the fact.

Since I turned 40, I started gaining weight and tried diet-after-diet, with no results. I knew the body worked on 8-Hour Circadian Rhythms for sleep. So I decided to apply the same Circadian Rhythms in the form of a 9 AM to 5 PM eating schedule to my diet. I had some results, but nothing like I had hoped for.

With my engineering background, I decided if I could use Analytics to calculate the basic nutrition labels of food. I knew Pinto Beans and Sweet Potatoes were considered the prefect foods. On the other end of the spectrum were snack foods like Cheez-its. The Analytics that I came up with put both Pinto Beans and Sweet Potatoes at 2.77 and Cheez-its at 7.3.

Keeping My Diet Below the 3.25 Weight Factor

Within a four-day period, I started losing weight, or what I like to lose inches in my waistline. I lost 2-inches in just four-days, or three-and-a-half- 3(1/2) inches over a period of three weeks. I reached my goal of a 32-inch waistline in two months from having a 37(1/2)-inch waistline.

I didn’t stop losing inches in my waistline at 32-inches. I lost down to a 29(1/2)- inch waist, where I’m at now over nine months of starting my Kosher 925-MET Diet Program that was turbocharged by my Weight Factors.

The Proof is in the Photograph

Photos and video are a great way to motivate you to lose weight and work your way back to health and enjoying life and activities. My YouTube Videos that go along with my golf training downloads keep me conscious of my weight. The Videos were done when I reached my 32-inch waistline in 2015. I started my Kosher 925-MET Diet Program right in the middle of the Holidays, in November of 2014.

Just remember, the camera lens isn’t kind to you, the lens will show you as being five-to-eight pounds heavier. That is just the fact of photography.

But if it weren’t for my Kosher 925-MET Diet Program, my business and my health would suffer tremendously. The proof is in the numbers, and below is my blood pressure reading along with losing 55-Lbs. Before my Kosher 925-MET Diet, my blood pressure would be 145/95, without exception. Now Look it is 116/69:

With the Kosher 925-MET Diet, I followed an exercise program since I was 12-years old. But exercise alone can’t accomplish what diet can for your health. Here’s why; most of my exercise routines are 45-minutes long. I burn between 450 to 475 calories. Now, a Big Mac has about 540 Calories, with a weight factor of 6.82. My Weight Factor limit for 80 percent of my food that I consume is 3.25.
