This is THE QATSPY® GYM where I workout for 60- minutes 5- times per week. THE QATSPY® GYM is NOT cooled or heated that is part of my conditioning component. During the summertime the Heat Index can reach 120 degrees that allows me to sweat out while working out. Sweating is one of the best skin therapies for your skin. I’m 64 years old in this photograph. The exercise equipment is all the equipment that I use. Not shown is my stationary bike that I finish off my workout with.

The QATSPY® GYM Exercise for Golfers – Who wants to Get into Shape, setting up their own Home GYM to Improve Their Scores on/off the Course

The scores off the course that I’m referring to are your weight, blood pressure, glucose, and cholesterol levels, just by following a simple diet & fitness system that I developed. A good weight or, in this case, waistline to shoot for is to take your height and divide your height (in inches) by 2 and to keep your waistline at/or below this figure, below is better. My optimum waistline is 65/2 = 32.5- inches; my actual waistline is 29.50- inches, see my Waistline Chart, below:

This shows my Waistline Chart that I kept starting on November 28, 2014 where my waistline was 37.75- inches. My objective was to drop just 5.75- inches in six months down to a waistline of 32.0- inches. As you can tell, I exceeded my goal in two ways– I dropped 5.75- inches in 7- weeks and I dropped a total of 8.75- inches in nine months following THE QATSPY® Exercise that is a part of The DELPHI DIET & FITNESS System. REMEMBER If you can’t measure IT, you can’t achieve IT or manage IT.

New Year’s Day is fast approaching, 3- Weeks away from today, and with that said, here are the top two New Year’s Day Resolutions that will be made:

1.   To Lose Weight

2.   To get into Better Shape

The following article is how I converted a space over my golf training facility and photography studio into my own The QATSPY® GYM.

This is my typical business attire that I meet clients when I fly. The aircraft behind me is a Beechcraft King Air 350. I have my US WINGS® A-2 Leather Flight Jacket, Button-down Oxford, and Khakis pants that I carry in my online store. My attire has to have that tailor look & fit that is very important to me on business or casual wear.

On November 28, 2014, I decided to lose weight and to get into better shape for a business that I was starting after I retired at age 57. For what I was about to do, I needed to lose weight and get into shape, so I could model my own line of apparel that I have in my Online Store, THE QATSPY®. THE QATSPY® is The YORKER Personalized-Style & Traditional Apparel Quarters. The term Personalized-Style refers to that tailored look and fit that we provide people with incremental sizes that we can offer to our customers for them to look and feel their best.

I developed The DELPHI DIET & FITNESS System, where I managed to drop 42- LBS, and 5.75- inches in just 7- weeks, just after starting at the first of December of 2014. My objective was to drop 42- LBS by June of 2015, or within 6- months. I had no idea that I was going to reach my goal in the middle of January of 2015.

During the month of November, I also renovated the attic space over my golf training facility and photography studio into The QATSPY® GYM to put the finishing touches on my fitness, so I could begin modeling my apparel at age 57.

After I finished building my The QATSPY® GYM that isn’t cooled or heated, I experienced some dramatic results, and not just in my fitness alone where I dropped weight. I dropped something that I wasn’t expecting, as I dropped decades off the appearance of my skin. In the photograph below that was taken after we did a photo shoot in November of this year, I’m 64 years old.
