Valentine’s Week is a Great Time to Get Your Golf Game and Your Health Back into Shape!

February is also known as American Heart Month. This is a great time to either restart or continue your New Year’s Resolution, especially if your New Year’s Resolution was to get into better shape. Six (6) weeks into the New Year is a great time to assess your progress and results from your fitness program that you started at the beginning of the year.

Let me be the first to tell you that there will have ups and downs in your fitness/health training, but the main thing is to stay the course. Persistence is your key and your best approach to your fitness/health and Personal Success.

You just can’t rely on cardio/aerobics (Heart) exercises to lose weight only,  because strength training is an essential part to losing weight and toning the body. By just adding one pound of muscle to your body, you can burn 50 calories extra per day. The average 20-minute exercise that includes Cardio/Aerobics, Strength, and Pilates workout can burn 175 calories. If you notice I have weights in performing majority of my exercises above and in my YouTube Video. This is to include a strength component with my exercises.

Just by adding one pound of muscle mass, you can, in effect, burn approximately one-third of the calories you would burn in a normal 20-minute exercise routine per day, even sleeping. This is like compound interest that you earn in your health investment plan. An exercise program is your 401(k) plan, but for your health.

This is the best Valentine gift that you can give your loved ones and yourself, just by following a simple Cardio, Aerobic, Strength, Pilate Exercise Routine, shown in my CASPER Video below. Think about the CASPER as your 401(k) plan. Remember, you can invest in your health, but you can’t buy health.

Why Golf is a Great Sport to Add to Your Exercise Routine

Your golf game can become a major part of your mental and physical Health Plan.

Here’s another reason to work on your golf game for your health. I have attached an exercise  calorie-burn calculator below for tabulating calories burned, based on your exercise.

Below is my CASPER Fitness Program that is about 45-minutes in length if you perform the 3 sets of 10 reps of the 12 exercise regimens. This YouTube Video is only 10:35 minutes in length. My YouTube Video is below:

Just for reference, in my 45-Minute CASPER Workout Program that I perform in the above YouTube Video four (4) times per week, I burn ~365 Calories with each workout period.

And You Can’t have a complete Health/Fitness Program without addressing 80 percent of the our Health/Fitness and that is your Nutrition component. I managed to lose 52-pounds (8.5-inches in my waist in 9-months) with a simple KOSHER 925-MET Diet Program. If you don’t address your Nutrition component you won’t be able to drop pound, inches, your other numbers (blood pressure) you want to drop. But the KOSHER 925-MET Diet Program is easy to follow eating 60 percent of your normal menu items that are below a Weight Factor (WF) of 3.25 between the hours of 9 AM to 5 PM.

Now add Golf to the mix; if you play 18-holes by walking the course for 185 minutes, you can burn up to 1,004 calories and not even realize you are burning calories or exercising because you are enjoying your new golf game. Your Subconscious mind will be your key to unlocking your potential on the golf course. You can take golf lessons spending in uppers of $150.00 per week and practice 30-hours a week, but if you don’t engage and train your subconscious mind, you’ve just wasted about 90 percent of those 30-hours that are so vital and you can ill afford to wast time or money. You work too hard to earn your money to wast it on not training what drives 90 percent of your golf game on the golf course, your subconscious mind.
