Build a CASE to Achieve A RIP Fitness– Reps Interval Performance CASE Workout Program that’s a part of The DELPHI DIET & FITNESS System
In the feature photograph, I’m 64 years old shown in my GYM, and soon to be 65 this year. I retired at age 57 to start my performance sports training and sportswear business. Because, I believe fitness is like one of my line foreman said- It doesn’t matter what you are doing, but how you look doing it that matters. Style points are just as important and are an integral part of a successful life.

Continue to Achieve Your NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTIONS
If two of your New Year’s Resolutions were to lose weight and inches along with getting into better shape, I have some encouraging news for you. You can still achieve these important objectives for your health and fitness in the coming weeks. I’m not talking about months; but weeks, refer to my Waistline Chart below. I planned on losing 5.75- inches within 8- months, my goal, I did it in 8-weeks. I marked GOAL beside 32- inches of my waistline on my progress chart, below.
Diet is More Than Taking Supplements
While working out in my Home GYM this weekend, I was listening to Spotify, when an advertisement was featuring a drink supplement for weight loss without exercising and to lose 2 pounds a night. I thought to myself how insane that is and not to develop one of the best defenses to strengthen your immune system. We just went through a pandemic where we discovered the advantages of a strong immune system that is based on a strong muscular system.
The only thing more important than losing weight, it is to get into better shape and to strengthen your muscular system. One reason is that a strong muscular system produces T-cells indirectly for a stronger immune system. Your T-cells are your special forces against an invading force. If you want a real booster for your immune system, just follow a strength program to boost the effectiveness of your T-Cells central to your immune system.
People that only diet without strength training not only lose possibly fat, but they also lose muscle tissue that starts naturally in our 30’s. One huge additional factor and benefit of a strong muscular system is healthier and younger looking skin. I’m sure not many people out there want healthier and younger looking skin. So it is time for you to weigh in on your own health and fitness and start a weight program for strengthening your muscles.
Finally a Company Gets IT, the Importance of a Strength Program
I cringe every time when I hear companies pushing their weight loss program by just focusing on dieting and aerobics without having a strength training program. It doesn’t matter how old you are, but strength training is essential to your health and fitness to fight off diseases, even during a pandemic.
My health and fitness consist of The DELPHI DIET & FITNESS System that includes Diet, Exercise, Lifestyle Performance Health Index. My EXERCISE is based on CASE Cardio-Aerobic, Strength, Exercise program. Just to show you how important Strength Training is to your workout, Peloton® finally added strength training to their aerobic program after several emails from me to Peloton®. They finally GOT IT!
Easy Home GYM Set up that You can DO
What is great about my CASE Program is that you don’t have to have elaborate or expensive equipment to start seeing results. What you see in my GYM in the featured photograph, above, is all the workout equipment that I workout with 45-minutes, 6-days a week. You can tailor the CASE Program to your needs and stamina level. Start slow and incrementally and build up from there. This is where the term RIP comes in- Reps Interval Performance training. If you can only do 5-reps of forearm curls with 8-LBS dumbbells, guess what? That’s where you start from and build on that.
It isn’t the amount of weight you can lift that is important, but the reps that you can get in per set.
The term Interval means that I typically do 25 reps in a set of an element with a 10-to-15 second rest period in between sets. I do three sets of each element or 75 reps total.
Setting Up Your GYM
Setting up your home GYM, you can just start with basic elastic tubing initially, then add equipment as you want a more challenging workout. Some of my more expensive exercise equipment is my SCHWINN 140 Programmable stationary bike and my 80- pound Punching Bag. Everything else is under $50.00.
The grab Bars are important for attachment points for my tubing including pull-ups and pushups. To avoid Carpal Tunnel Symptoms during my push-ups, I use a pistol grip on the grab bar on the bench. It is also more comfortable to perform push-ups.
The DELPHI DIET is based on two premises- FIRST eating like the title of the movie, 9-to-5. SECOND using the Health Index number to evaluate your food from your local grocery store or food you can order from your favorite restaurant just by reading Nutrition Labels. You want to keep 90% of your meals at or under a Weight Factor of 3.25. Look at my Pinto Beans Nutrition Label of 2.75.

In the photograph below, I’m 64 years old. This photograph was taken after we did a WINTER Photo shoot (18Jan22) for our line of US WINGS® Leather Jacket that I carry in our online store. We took advantage of an unseasonable warm January day in the mid-60’s to do this photo shoot. The camera crew challenged me to an AB Challenge where I’m posing without my shirt. I credit my DELPHI DIET & FITNESS System for my physical condition, and the condition of my skin.
