QATR-411- The Palmer Preset Technique APP (the Wrist Action in the Golf Swing)
This is a golf instructional download for self-coaching that will allow the golfer to take their golf swing from practice in the backyard to performance on the golf course without experiencing the gap that exists with most golf practice and golf lessons.
HERE’S AN IMPORTANT CONCEPT– The golfer might very well practice their golf swing using their conscious mind. But, I can guarantee the golfer this one thing, that when they step onto the golf course, they will be relying totally on their subconscious mind, the Autopilot. So the golfer’s primary objective is to properly train using their subconscious mind, with Visualization, Feel, or finesse, and Reps VFR in the backyard or in a training facility. The golfer will have to create the mental adrenaline conditions like those that will exist on the golf course for their practice sessions to be effective on the golf course.
The Subconscious mind is responsible for 90 percent of your performance on the golf course where swing thoughts are totally useless. Remember the famous quote on Caddyshack:

I’m going to give you a little advice. There’s a force in the universe that makes things happen. And all you have to do is get in touch with it, stop thinking, let things happen, and be the ball.
The FORCE is the golfer’s subconscious mind, and to get in touch with IT you have to stop thinking. Your golf swing has to be instinctive.
To eliminate this gap issue, I have developed a practice session in this download, where I set up a target where I have to place four-out-of-five golf shots within a 20-foot area around a 5 gallon bucket like I have in the video of me making drives below. This QATR-411 Palmer Preset Technique APP establishes muscle memory link with the golfer’s subconscious mind that is able to take over the golf swing. This is similar to a driver experiencing, called Driving Hypnosis. The driver’s subconscious mind tasks over the majority of the driving task, that the driver doesn’t recall driving past landmarks and stretches. This might be unsafe to drive a vehicle down the highway, but Driving Hypnosis works great for driving a golf ball down the fairway.
The main objective of the QATR-411 Palmer Preset Technique APP is to preset and sync the wrist action in the golf wing to make the golf swing natural and instinctive. This procedure helps the golfer preset their wrists to set an important link between the wrists and the shoulders. This missing link is called the Palmaris Longus Muscle/Tendon or what I refer to as the Palmer Tendon that is actually the golfer’s missing link between the wrists and elbows with the shoulders. This link properly setting of the wrists generates power, clubhead speed, and consistency in the golfer’s game.
