THE QATSPY® Golf Academy Home-training to Accommodate recommendation by the CDC/State health officials to Desocialize

If you are following the CDC and your local and state health officials’ recommendations, you, like me, are staying closer to home and reducing your exposure to Coronavirus (2019-nCoV). This doesn’t mean you should become a recluse, but use good hygiene and be diligent, especially if you are in predisposed groups.

For people who are limiting or desocializing, I thought it would be a great idea to provide options to people who still want to maintain their golf game and fitness, and these are key to avoid contracting the Coronavirus (2019-nCoV). I have produced FREE YouTube videos for home-based golf training sessions and also my CASPER Fitness Program since gyms are susceptible to this virus. I have listed these YouTube videos at the end of this article, along with my golf training downloads for under $25.00.

In 2014, I established my golf business for people who are on the go and didn’t have time to go to the range to work on their golf game, take golf lessons from a golf coach, or go to a gym to exercise. I produced YouTube Videos for people to use in their backyards and especially their garages to establish their own golf training facility and home-gym.

Nutrition, Hygiene, and Fitness will be your best ability to defend yourself against and recover from the Coronavirus (2019-nCoV). Starting and continuing a fitness program is your best avenue to not only prevent and reduce the effects of Coronavirus, but also prevent other diseases like cancers, diabetes, cardiovascular, and other diseases. Exercises is a great anti-aging not just for appearance, but for remaining healthy.

Just to show the benefits of sports, like golf, and a regular exercise program as an anti-aging theory, I’m 62 years old in these videos and a photographs above and below modeling the A-2 Rough Rider Leather Flight Jacket.

Disinfectant of Coats and Jackets

One of the suggestions from the CDC is to disinfectant your jackets and coats to prevent the spread of Coronavirus. If you have a ordinary sports jacket or fabric coat it is very difficult to laundry a the ordinary spot jacket that we wear for cold weather and formal reasons. It based on a very effective training procedure called Apperception, where a golfer can take their golf swing from the batter’s box to the tee box, with the same confidence and have a relaxed mind.

This Apperception Training procedure has no downtime or slumps that you can  often experience with other coaching techniques. It is like riding a bicycle; once you learn, you don’t forget. This uses instinctive techniques that you do each and every day without thinking.
