Holiday Health Tips: How to Lose the Weight and Lower the Blood Pressure Numbers
The upcoming Holidays are a great incentive to get into shape, lose the weight, and, more importantly, lower your blood pressure and cholesterol numbers. If I can achieve my health goals at 56 years old in 2014 right during the Holidays, I know you can also using the DELPHI Diet Program. The benefits are that you will look and feel better and have more energy.
It is not to late to take action NOW to loss the weight for the Holiday!

I just retired, and was starting to promote my new business, THE QATSPY® Q–Athlete Training Sports Performance Yankee Apparel, US WINGS® Leather Jackets. The problem I had was I was 40- pounds overweight and had a 37.5- inch waistline, while promoting the Golf Training and Sports Apparel business. Not the best, ideal situation to be promoting a sports and an apparel business.
I’ve tried endless diets, without seeing any results. I even eat health food and still saw no results. I’m sure you’ve never experienced this type of problem of trying to get into shape like I had. In the featured photograph above, taken this month October 2019, I’m wearing medium size US WINGS A-2 Cape Buffalo Flight Jacket where I’m weighing in at 148 pounds with a 28- inch waistline at age 61. I use to wear a large size leather flight jacket. I’m here photographed with a P-51 Mustang that I enjoy flying.
I also contribute my healthy appearance of defying my actual age of 61 to my DELPHI Diet Program that I have been on since November of 2014. You can’t achieve any better results than not only feeling healthier, but actually looking healthier and defying your age than with the DELPHI Diet Program and the CASPER Fitness Program. Fiber is a key in defying age and having healthier skin.
Applying Circadian Rhythm to Your Diet to Lose the Weight
I have been reading about Circadian Rhythms, in regard to your sleep patterns and how to get the proper rest for your physical and mental health. It is based on an 8- hour cycle. So I started looking at the same Circadian Rhythm to apply to my diet. From the research that I did, your body naturally stops processing food effectively at 5:00 pm, and our body’s maximum processing of food is at 2:00 pm. And your body like your sleep patterns operates on an 8-hour clock.
So I established my diet off of two factors Weight Factors (WF) that evaluate the type of food that I can eat based on Nutrition Labels (This is Analytics) and the 8- hour window that I eat my meals. I’ve been using the Weight Factor to select certain foods based on five factors. I managed to lose 5 to 10 pounds over the course three months a year before I retired. What your doing is isolating the hidden sugars, the starches that is just as harmful as sugars themselves. The closer to 1 you get in the WF, the less starch the food contains. You do the WF plus the 925 window for meals you will turn your body into a juggernaut losing the weight. To tone up and look really good follow my simple CASPER Fitness Program below in the YouTube Video. The only thing not shown is the Pilates that I perform.
Then when I started applying Circadian Rhythms to my WF diet, I lost 3- inches in my waistline, and 18- pounds, within 4- weeks of starting. I started what I call my DELPHI Diet Program in November of 2014, right in the middle of the Holidays. After nine short months, I lost over 55- pounds, or 9- inches in my waistline, and this exceeded my target weight and waistline. I went from a 37.5- inch waistline down to 28- inches, in just nine months.
My Target was to lose down to 158 pound and have a 32- inch waistline. After just four (4) weeks, I was 2- inches from may target waistline and it was Christmas Holidays!
I finally could model my line of US WINGS® Leather Flight Jackets with my female models NOW! Not only that, I could also produce my own YouTube Golf Instructional Videos which I enjoy doing. I’m a firm believer in not Just talking the walk, but walking the talk. There was no doubt that I shied away and avoid having my photograph taken before I lost the 55- pounds and 9- inches in my waistline. But now, I try to think of ways and places to feature me wearing the line of US WINGS® Flight Jackets, especially around airports and hangers where I worked and spent a lot of my career.
When I worked, I performed aerial line patrols in a 206 Bell Jet Ranger for the utility that I worked for over 33 years as a Transmission line Grid Engineer.

NOTE: 925 stands for 9 am. to 5 pm. with 2 pm. standing for the time that the body process your food at the maximum rate. MET stands for Metabolic process, the 8-hour window your body effective process food. How the body and our cells process food and the rate at which it does. And what is even more significant is that I’m not on any medication for blood pressure or Cholesterol.
In addition to losing 55- pounds and 9- inches in my waistline, I also lowered my numbers. Before the DELPHI Diet, my blood pressure was routinely about 145/95, but now my blood pressure runs 119/69 with a pulse of 64, and that is a significant improvement.
I take my blood pressure every night at the same time in both arms. The combination of WHAT and WHEN to eat is the reason that I lost the weight and inches, where I could appear in my promotions of both my US WINGS® Flight Jackets and Golf Training YouTube Videos shown below:

- Bend out one knee toward your dominant side.
- Look slightly toward your dominant side.
- Bend the forearms up slightly in front of you.
