COVID-19 Makes Health and Fitness that is Essential for Survival Based on Statistical Data from New York and New Orleans

I have posted these statistics from New York City and New Orleans on COVID-19, as of April 02, in two of my articles in the past three weeks. The statistics from New York based on age brackets and underlying conditions from New Orleans makes COVID-19 so deadly and pinpoint particular issues, but this data provide means that we can combat this invisible enemy with NF&L Factor. (Data below is based on data from April 02, 2020)

The age bracket from New York indicates the age related deaths from CORVID-19, I realize we can’t stop TIME. But we can affect how we age based on Nutrition, Fitness, and Lifestyle to defend against this and other diseases. How we age is based a lot on our Nutrition, Fitness, and even our Lifestyle. This is bared out with the statistics from New Orleans. These statistics, while they are devastating and grim, do offer ways to defend ourselves, based on three factors– using Nutrition, Fitness, and Lifestyle against COVID-19.

  • 20% chronic kidney disease
  • 20% cardiac issues

Using the New Orleans Statics for Health

I hear people use the data like coming in from New Orleans to highlight the disparity of health care between group of Americans, but there is something relatively simple that we all can do concerning our nutrition that can change these numbers above. Nutrition represents 80% of our health issues, especially the top two, Diabetes and Obesity. If you had a convenient and easy way to evaluate foods that you eat you could dramatically lose weight and become healthier.

I use my engineering back ground and Analytics to develop a Weight Factor using simple data from the Nutrition Labels and Nutrition information off restaurant websites that gave me the ability to lose 35- Lbs. in 3- months and a total of 52- Lbs within 9- months of starting and have kept the weight off going on 5- years now. I lost 8.50- inches in my waist within this 9- month period. I tried dozen of diet programs, but nothing worked like the KOSHER 925-MET Diet Program did for me. All you have to do is to use the data from the Nutrition Label shown below:

Weight Factor is: WF= Calories/Carbs + Fiber + Sugar + Protein

What is easy about the formula is how the data is listed on the label. You simply have to divide the Calories in the top bracket by the data added up in the lower bracket and keep 90% of your meals below 3.25 WF.

To get my mind to buy into the KOSHER 925- MET Diet, I had one meal item for 2 of my meals over 3.25, but under 5.75. This satisfy my cravings. I call it my craving meal for a reward. I even have a pizza once a week for my Craving Meal, especially after I bush hog. Just pay close attention to Serving Sizes, this is critical, because the Nutrition Info is based on this.

By the way Sweet Potatoes and Pinto Beans are the PERFECT FOODS that you could ever eat. To show how effective the Weight Factor Formula is, compare the data from an Idaho Potato to that of a Sweet Potato, this is socking:

Even though the Sweet Potato has a higher level of (Fructose) sugar (7g) compared to the Idaho Potato (1g) the Weight Factor found the source of peoples weight gain, starches. Essential what I did was combine the SUGAR BUSTER Diet with the 8- Hour Diet Plan and used my Weight Factor Formula to turbocharge my weight lost. AND WHAT’S BETTER YET, THIS IS TOTALLY FREE.

You don’t need to spend money on prepackaged meals, and better yet, you can even enjoy your favorite Restaurant, when we get back to a some what normal lifestyle. Most restaurants post their nutrition information on their Website. What I do is put together a chart of my favorite foods and just refer to the chart without having to recalculate each time. I put my list below on my I-Phone:

An additional benefit besides lowering my blood pressure, items below a WF of 3.25 are also great foods to prevent Alzheimer’s.

If you want a big shocker, do the Weight Factor on Coconut Flakes, 12.86, I prepared a fruit salad, where I used Coconut Flakes, just after this, I experienced a little weight gain over the Holiday Season. Could not find the reason until I did a WF on Coconut Flakes.

How I developed my KOSHER 925-MET Diet Program was that I knew from studies that Sweet Potatoes and Pinto Beans must have been in the Garden of Eden, because they are among the perfect foods that you can eat. Potato Chips and certain snack crackers (some are listed above) are the worst foods you can eat, but are very tantalizing, I call these foods from East of Eden, because they tempt you and aren’t good health foods. I use these two food groups to bracket the Good, Bad, and Ugly part of foods according to the KOSHER 925-MET Diet Program.

My Regular Blood Pressure Reading

I’m 62 years old with a Blood Pressure reading of 116/66 with a resting pulse rate of 69; and I don’t take any prescribed medications by a doctor. My weight is 148 Lbs with a waist of 29- inches. I’m wearing blue jeans that I wore in high school NOW. I have a larger upper body because I use to be a weight lifter, wrestler, and played Halfback in the high school.

Back in 2014, I developed a very simple Nutrition Plan, KOSHER 925-MET Diet, that allowed me to lose 52- lbs (8.5-inches in my waist) within 9-months. I started this after my hip replacement surgery. I had a rare disease called Perthes that prevented me from exercising, being active, and therefore I gained weight. The pain levels that I experienced was in the range of 7 to 9 (from 1 to 10, High end) before I had surgery. After hip surgery, I got back to my exercise regimen again (5 Times per Week) that is called CASPER. Lifestyle

Your Lifestyle includes simple measures that we all can do:

  • Get regular exercise, especially walking or cycling
  • Eat healthy foods
  • If you work on heavy equipment like I do on my farm, use a waist belt to reduce impact on your lumbar area.
  • One of the most important techniques for back health is step-one-step forward, or a golfer’s technique, before bending at the hips, NOT at the WAIST! Bending at the waist cause majority of back injuries at the Lumbar area.
  • Maintain your dental, mental, and physical Health.
  • Take care of your skin; it is an indication of your overall health and it is the biggest organ you have. In the featured photograph, I’m 62. I have the key component, shown below, that I use to my skin health besides sunscreen.
  • Meditate and read your Bible as a devotion.
  • Reach out to friends and family.
  • If you haven’t started, start a 401(k) plan, especially if it is matched.

Get in a habit to perform the golfer’s pickup or step-one-step forward technique for heavier loads, shown above. These techniques will help reduce back issues. Also wear an elastic waist belt when operating heavy equipment like tractors that causes compression on the sciatic nerve from vibration.

If you develop tension in the quads and calf muscles with a slight numbness in the feet, this might mean you have disc pressure on the sciatic nerve. When I work on my farm on my KUBOTA Tractor, I wear a elastic waist belt to reduce the affects of vibration and compression while I bush hog.
