If you can decipher the data from the nutrition labels, called analytics, you can use your diet to convert your food into energy and burn fat off to drop weight, your health numbers, and the age of your skin.

Below is a Nutrition Label for RANCH STYLE BEANS:

Use nine (9) data points to identify healthy food that you can eat to turn your body into a Turbocharged-Calorie-Burning Juggernaut to drop your weight, inches in your waistline, and age off your skin for an age-defying appearance. These RANCH STYLE BEANS have a MAC score of 1.91

Dietitians consider pinto beans as a perfect food that should be on every person’s diets. Pinto beans are a great meat substitute in your diet. Another great menu item is chicken tenders found at Sam’s Wholesale Warehouse that has a MAC score of 1.50. Your best meat selections are Turkey, Chicken, and lean beef, like Kansas City Strips, as noted in the featured image.

Chicken Tenders distributed by Pilgrim’s Pride stocked by Sam’s Wholesale Warehouse has a MAC score of 1.50. This is actually lower than the the RANCH STYLE BEANS of 1.91. When I prepare these chicken tenders, I use my commercial convection oven to brown them at 350 degrees for 32- minutes. These are pre-battered that you can take directly from the freezer to a wire rack pan to bake to a wonderful tasting menu item. Great for Holiday entertaining and easy to prepare and serve.

If you noticed, the menu items that are high in protein generally have the lower MAC scores even to the point of comparing the chicken tenders to the green beans that are a vegetable. The only exception in this menu selection is the RANCH STYLE BEANS (Pinto Beans) and sweet potatoes in the featured image with high level of protein.
