We are always trying to find ways to get more fiber, protein, probiotic, copper, and fruit into our daily diets. YES, I did state that copper is a great supplement to include into your daily diet. I have some great news for you, especially during the Holidays when preparing a healthy menu for your family and friends. I was going to model my own clothing line and also do my own sports training and fitness videos, starting in May of 2015. So that would give me six-months to drop 42- LBS and 5.75- inches that I had gained before I had replacement surgery.
The diet that I developed (DELPHI DIET & FITNESS System) was more successful than what I ever could have imagined. I reached my goal of a waistline of 32- inches, NOT IN 6-MONTHS, but in 7-WEEKS, right in the middle of the Holidays. I finally lost 52- LBS and 8.75- inches, down to a waistline of 29-inches.

I was called back to help out with restoration efforts from damage caused by Hurricanes Laura and Delta. Below is a photograph that my line crew took of me at the Substation Yard in October of 2020.
For the last past seven (7) years, since November 2014, I have included FIVE food items in my diet- Whole Wheat rolls, that I bake, Pinto Beans, Romaine Lettuce, Sweet Potatoes, and Pumpkin. The Pumpkin Pie that I have at my breakfast each morning with coffee is a significant reason for my health and fitness. These foods have a low Health Index number that allowed me to drop 42- LBS and 5.75- inches in just 7- weeks, right during the Holiday season of 2014.
Including Pumpkin in your diet will allow you to drop LBS and inches, but Pumpkin will also allow you to drop years off the appearance of your skin. Protein, Fiber, Probiotic, and Copper will allow your body to produce collagen that helps you repair and retain healthy and younger-looking skin, along with healthy muscles, connective tissue, and joints. As you age, healthy muscles, connective tissue, and joints are an important part of your health to help you remain active.
