How The Palmer GOLF PIKE TECH can make your garage into your golf practice facility, even during the coldest part of the winter months. If there is one disadvantage the average golfer experiences, it is not having the ability to practice their golf swing and game, due to work schedules or weather conditions.

Not many golf lessons are structured where the right-handed golfer, in this case, keys in on PRESETTING their forearms using the Index Knuckles Element to preset their left Thumb, but these are key components in The Palmer GOLF PIKE TECH. The golfer, using these PIKE components and techniques, can transform the golf club into a bat and more of a natural baseball-type swing that is very familiar.
Presetting the Index Knuckle Element Technique (PIKE TECH) can even correct the golfer’s tendency from slicing their golf shots to develop a draw in their golf shots. The only reason I like draws is because of the power and control the golfer can have over the draw-type golf shot.
There is a key tendon in the forearm, called the Palmaris Longus Tendon, shown above, and just by presetting/Syncing this tendon allows the golfer to take on a baseball batter’s mentality onto the tee box. Locking the Index Knuckles and cocking the Thumbs will allow the golfer to transition from a golf swing into more of a baseball-type swing.

I have a friend who is a sports broadcaster for a local television station where he went to a double-A, M-Braves Ball Park in Pearl, MS. The management had a Par-3 challenge set up in the outfield where they chalked an outline of Par-3 greens. He hit one of the best tee shots that I’ve ever seen him hit. I lost during the month of December of 2014 38.5- LBS and 4.75- inches in my waist, in just one month. For the next 9- months, I lost another 13.5 LBS and an additional 4.25-inches in my waist. The photograph below was taken when I was called back to work to assist with Transmission Line Restoration efforts in October of 2020 after Hurricane Laura and Delta devastated the western Louisianan area. Basically you have to approach your Health & Fitness with a different mindset– And that is: You use Nutrition to lose weight and inches; then you use Fitness to tone-up! People when they make a New Year’s Resolutions to lose weight they focus on their Fitness only, WRONG! If you approach weight lost with this mindset, you are only going to be 20% effective. Twenty percent (20%) effective is only good in baseball, batting averages, and that is only average. Fitness alone isn’t the most effective way to address weight lost. I proved this in the years leading up to December of 2014.
