THE QATSPY® Modeling Strength & Conditioning– Modeling is the Ability to Achieve Health/Fitness, with Imagery of Your Strength & Conditioning

Sports Psychologists use modeling to help their athletes achieve their maximum results and performance, combined with their strength and conditioning training. Modeling is the blueprint to any successful undertaking, whether that be sports, business, or personal accomplishments. The more detailed those set of blueprints are, the better chances a person has at obtaining their results that they want.

I’m a engineer, by trade, and have taken a project from conception to completion over 33-years, and the common link to a successful project, without major setbacks, was developing a great set of blueprints that allowed the crew to model the project in their mind in order to dedicate their resources and ability to complete the project.

Modeling is Essential to Achieving Your Health & Fitness

With December and the New Year fast approaching, people will start to set resolutions for the New Year, and Health and Fitness is in the top 10 of New Year’s Resolutions, see the list below:

  1. Exercise more
  2. Lose weight
  3. Get organized
  4. Learn a new skill or hobby
  5. Live life to the fullest
  6. Save more money / spend less money
  7. Quit smoking
  8. Spend more time with family and friends
  9. Travel more
  10. Read more

The secret to achieving specifically the top two Resolutions of Exercising more and Losing weight is not miraculous, but being able to follow these procedures:

  1. Recognize and identify the exact problem.
  2. Create an incentive to enable you to reach your goal.
  3. Be able to model and create a mental motivation to achieve your goal.
  4. Develop a workable plan and program to reach your goal.
  5. Establish specific objectives in achieving your goal with realistic schedules and timelines.
  6. Be able to measure and track your progress toward your goal.
  7. Be prepared for difficulties, and expect them to avoid discouragement.
  8. Have a clear image of what your success will look like at the end of your goal.

My Personal Story of Resolution

Since I turned 40, I started gaining weight and inches to my waistline. Despite my best efforts, I couldn’t curve the trend, and I finally reached my maximum weight of 195 LBS, with a waistline of 37.75- inches at age 56, even with working out. Does that sound familiar to anyone? The problem that I had is that my height is 5 Ft- 4-inches that makes my ideal weight somewhere back when I was 30 years old, with a weight of 152- LBS and a waistline of 32- inches.

So you see my obstacles that I was facing, of trying to turn back the clock to when I was 30 years old, and that was 26- years ago.

Photograph taken with Ned Reynolds of ESPN JOCK 98.7 FM Radio Station in Springfield, Missouri. I was being interviewed concerning a performance sports book on the golf swing. This golf swing is based on taking the golf swing from the batter’s box to the tee box. Compare my weight lost between this photograph at age 56 and the featured image at age 64.

The photograph above isn’t one of those photographs I take pleasure in posting in one of my articles, but is needed to show the contrast of my dramatic weight lost on The DELPHI DIET & FITNESS Program.

Now compare the photograph above with the one taken on October 07, 2021, at the airport:

On November 28, 2014, I had one photograph that was taken after an interview that I had with Ned Reynolds about my book, The ESPY Golf Swing Coach. Ned Reynolds is a sports reporter at the ESPN, JOCK 98.7 FM Radio Station in Springfield, Missouri. This allowed me to recognize the exact problem I had. It wasn’t so much the weight and my waistline, but how I looked in being overweight, it was shocking.

Compare this photograph taken with Ned Reynolds on November 25, 2014 with that of the featured image taken on October 19, 2021, almost 7- years to the date later. This provides to my readers how effective my DELPHI Age-Defying DIET & FITNESS System is for losing weight and getting into shape even at age 64.

My Plans on Starting a Performance Sports Training and Apparel Company

I was going to retire in 2015 from line work, to start a performance sports training and apparel company; and being 43 LBS overweight wasn’t conducive to my goals or image one wanted to project. One reason for me getting into shape was that I was going to not only produce my own performance sports training videos and be the instructor, but to just to add a little more intrigue, I was also going to model my apparel items that I was going to have in my online store. This is what one would refer to as an incentive.

This was a Video that I made for a local TV Station demonstrating The Orange Bucket Challenge where I’m hitting driver to the orange bucket what would be 295- yard tee shot.

So from what I just explained, I fulfilled the first three objectives of achieving one’s New Year’s Resolution- (1) I recognized the exact problem, (2) I created an incentive for achieving my goals, (3) I created a model for my motivation, and (6) Be able to measure the results. I just needed to develop a workable program.

The Workable Plan Based on Metrics

I used my background in Chemical Engineering to help me to develop a workable diet program that allowed me to turn my body into a calorie-burning juggernaut. I used information from the simple Nutrition Labels to use seven components that allowed me to drop 45- LBS. This was combined with dropping 5.75- inches in my waistline, not in six months, which was my original goal, but within six-weeks. Refer to my chart below.

This is the actual chart that I used to track my progress of weight lost using The DELPHI Age-Defying DIET & FITNESS System that allowed me to lose 52- LBS. and 8.75- inches in my waistline at age 64. This photograph was taken on October 19, 2021 after a fall photo shot promoting my line of apparel.

I didn’t use metrics as a matter consequence, but as motivation tool. Because, when you actually chart your progress that indicates positive progress, it provides you with an amazing amount of motivation, for continue and steady process.

As you can see from my Chart, above, I exceeded my original goal of June 01, 2015, by 1.125- inches (or 1-1/8 inch). My original goal of having a waistline of 32- inches was June 01, 2015. This was the date I was to retire to start my performance sports training and apparel company, THE QATSPY®.

This is a video that I made demonstrating the McKenzie Modify Sit-Up Technique to address sciatic nerve issues.

I was able to start ahead of schedule and now have continued making my performance sports training videos, above, and also modeling my apparel line that I carry in my online store, THE QATSPY®, below. I even model with girls that work with me and are in their early twenties.

Girls that work with me modeling my line of classic apparel that includes the US WINGS A-2 and G-1 Leather Flight Jackets that we supply to the U.S. Military and the Indiana Jones -type leather jacket that we supply to the movie studio for the Indiana Jones movie.

The DELPHI DIET & FITNESS System Renamed

One component that I wasn’t expecting my DELPHI DIET & FITNESS Program to do was drop the appearance of the age of my skin, in addition to dropping LBS and Inches off my waistline. The photograph above and the featured image is not only the weight I managed to drop, but the years that I dropped off my skin, as well.

Not only did I drop back to my weight and waistline to when I was 30 years old, I dropped the appearance of the age of my skin when I was in my early 30’s.

I have attached my DELPHI Age-Defying DIET & FITNESS System below. This details how you can set up your own Home Gym, as I have done, and use the simple Nutrition Labels on food and off menu items at restaurants to turn your body into a calorie-burning juggernaut.

Your body can do two things with your food you eat- Store your food as fat; or allow your body to metabolize your food into energy your body needs during the course of a day. I want you to have the latter option, and drop your weight, waistline, and age.
