The Age-defying Benefits of Sweating Out– This is like having a Stopwatch that Counts Down Age of Your Skin that you had in Your Mid-30’s 

There are age-defying benefits of sweating out your years with No Regrets of a Strength & Conditioning GYM Workout that drops more than inches and pounds, but decades off the age of your skin. Most of us make New Year’s Resolutions to lose weight and get into better shape. Getting into better health and shape is probably just as significant as weight loss, based on the money spent in 2021 on skincare products.

In 2021, we spent 3.4 billions of dollars on skincare products for healthier and younger looking skin for both men and women. A lot of this had to do with ZOOM meetings where people working remotely look to continue this into the future. Appearing in front of a camera gave people working remotely a totally different perspective of appearance. People became more conscious of how they appear in front of the camera. Believe me, I know all too well the impact of being in front of the camera’s scrutinizing lens.

The lens of the camera highlights every feature of your appearance, especially the face and your skin that even the mirror can’t provide. I am reminded of this on a regular basis, because I’m an authorized dealer for US WINGS®, where I model the various authentic U.S. Military Flight Jackets that I have in my online store.

To be able to model at age 65, I workout with strength and conditioning in my home GYM that is above my photography studio and golf training facility, six (6) days a week. My home GYM isn’t air-conditioned, so temperatures can reach 118 degrees Fahrenheit, even at 4 p.m. in the afternoon. I take advantage of these temperatures in order to sweat it out for 45- minutes.


There are multiple benefits to conditioning and sweating    

One of the biggest benefits that I’ve received from sweating has a direct impact on my skin to improve the complexion and health of my skin by turning back the years. Conditioning not only improves the complexion of the skin, but it actually works like an eraser by preventing the aging process that thickens the top layer of our skin and becomes denser. The under layer of our skin becomes thinner that can cause our skin to wrinkle and sag, due to less elasticity of the skin.

Exercise and conditioning are the most effective anti-aging treatments that a person can actually do to not only slow down the aging  process, but to actually stop and reverse the aging process. The only cost to you is the sweat equity that you are putting into your workouts. You can’t even start to list all the health benefits we receive from our workouts that include strength and conditioning.

Recommendation: I make sure that I have a moist towel available during my Cardio-Aerobic and Strength Training to wipe off my face and torso to remove my sweat to prevent irritation of the skin. After I cool-down, I take a cool shower.


There are huge benefits for strengthening your muscular system, and one of these is having the ability for your body to provide collagen to your skin for the elasticity to the skin and firmness for toning of your skin.


Exercise and conditioning reverse that aging process from the inside out, instead of having expensive skincare products that provide only skin-deep benefits. We often consider fitness and conditioning as a weight control and for strengthening our muscles. That is only a small part of the benefits of firmer muscles.

Another benefit of exercise is to increase blood flow to the heart, muscles, brain, and to the skin for your health. Improving blood flow provides nutrients and oxygen to the muscles, where collagen is provided to our skin to keep the skin healthy and looking young. This is like having your own bio-stopwatch that stops the effects of time on our skin. But this stopwatch moves backwards.

Your Diet and Its Impact on Your Skin’s Health

I mentioned this several times, but it bears mentioning again here. One other skincare measure you can follow is to eat your last meal of the day before 6 p.m. I have been eating before 6 p.m. since November of 2014, and the most significant improvement, besides remaining fit at age 65, is the anti-aging benefit it provides. My diet (The DELPHI DIET & CAST FITNESS) is high in protein, fiber, and omega-3. My diet, coupled with eating before 6 p.m., allows my skin to rejuvenate itself at night.

Even the John Tesh show, Intelligence for Your Life, featured a health tip on May 12, 2022 about the benefits of eating before 6 p.m. This confirms the other benefit of eating before 6 p.m., besides retaining a healthy weight and waistline.
