THE QATSPY® Yankee Performance Sports Training & Apparel Quarters

I’m shown here in my Home Gym at age 64 (taken 20May2021) where I workout following The ASCOT- DIET & FITNESS Program. Your fitness program is just as important as your diet program is to your overall health. You should never rely only on a diet program for your health.

One THING to Talk About IT, Another to Show IT- Several DIET Programs Talk about IT; few Show the results of Their DIET & FITNESS Program

I’m not just referring to weight lost; but being fit and tone.

Your health is more than your diet that you follow to lose pounds and inches off your waistline. Health isn’t just measured ONLY in the numbers of pounds and inches that you drop, but your vital numbers that you drop, as well. One of my vital numbers is my Blood Pressure and Pulse Reading that I took last night at age 64:

An important component that must be considered, as well, is your Health and Fitness that includes your strength, toning, stamina, flexibility, balance, vital numbers, and a key component, your appearance. If your DIET doesn’t come with a FITNESS component, you need to look at a complete Health and Fitness program that includes a fitness program to addresses these issues.

In the feature photograph above with me in my home gym, shows all the exercise equipment that you need. You don’t have to have extensive or expensive exercise equipment to have an effective workout program. The only other exercise equipment not shown is my mountain bicycle. Matter of fact, you can even have only a few dumbbells and elastic tubing to have a good challenging fitness program.

After our mid-30’s, if we don’t have a fitness program that we follow at least four-times a week, we can lose muscle mass, toning, stamina, flexibility, and even our balance. Why balance? Maintaining one’s balance not only prevents falls, but also improves cognitive functions, at any age. Balance can also prevent age-related conditions, like Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s disease. It is vital that we stay active in some type of sports throughout our life. We need challenges from a sport to maintain a healthy body and mind.

The sooner you can find a sport that you enjoy during your pre-teen years, the better off you will be when you reach your 50’s and all the way up to age of 90 and beyond. That is correct, I mentioned as we reach our 90’s and beyond. With improved Health and Fitness, we can expect to see more people reach their 100th birthday and still be active, IF we have the right Health and Fitness Program.

In the featured photograph, I’m 64 years old and still enjoy an active lifestyle of sports (golf, bicycling, and riding my INDIAN Scout Bobber 60 Motorcycle). I have maintained the same Fitness regimen that I had when I was 12 years old. Not only did I maintain my muscle mass, I actually increased my muscle mass, shown below on my INDIAN Motorcycle at the Southern Heritage Hangar, now since I’ve been retired. I don’t have work to interfere with my Fitness routine and schedule.

I’m shown here just before I turned 64 on my INDIAN Motorcycle. I was changing shirts and decided to have my photograph taken on my motorcycle.

But there was one important component that I had to add to my Fitness workout, and that was an effective Diet Program. When I reached my 50’s, I started gaining weight. One reason is after you reach your mid 40’s, your metabolism starts to slow down. In other words, you don’t burn calories like you did when you were younger. I tried all the diets, but I saw only small to marginal improvements. I gained 52- pounds over a period of five years, when I was about ready to retire at age 57.

My breakthrough came when I put my Chemical Engineering background to work to develop a diet based on Algorithms and Analytics that evaluated the simple Nutrition Label on the back of packaged food or off websites of your favorite restaurant. This Algorithms and Analytics that I used help me to develop a Weight Factor Number to evaluate my foods that I was eating. My goal that I set for myself was to lose 45- pounds within 3- months. I actually lost 45- pounds in 6- weeks by following The ASCOT- DIET & FITNESS Program.

To my surprise, The ASCOT- DIET & FITNESS Program turned my body into a calorie-burning juggernaut. I gave an interview about my golf swing of the future at an ESPN Radio Station in Springfield, MO, JOCK-98.7 FM, with Ned Reynolds. A photograph was taken of the interview that show me in the studio with Ned and me, being 198 pounds. This one photograph provided me with enough incentive to motivate me to lose weight. It gave me the incentive to develop and follow my ASCOT- DIET & FITNESS Program where I lost 52- pounds before I retired to start my Online sports training and fitness business that also include sporting apparel, THE QATSPY® The Yankee Performance Sports Training & Apparel Quarters.

If you want to prove the results of your Health and Fitness Program, just plan on modeling, and for me, it was modeling my clothing line that I have in my Online Store, shown above, and being the training instructor in my fitness and sports training videos, shown below. Nothing scrutinizes you more than being in front of a camera with a bank of lights.
