This book, The KASPER Golf & Fitness Coach, provides coaching fundamentals and techniques for you to use right in your home or backyard to improve your golf game, your diet and fitness by overcoming the typical obstacles, including the age process. There is no reason why you have to be defined by your age, but can defy your age. In the photograph on the cover and the photograph below, I’m 65 years old and I contribute this to the KASPER diet and fitness to play golf, flying and riding my motorcycle.
Not only did I drop 52- pounds and drop 9.0- inches in my waistline, I actually dropped decades off the health and condition of my skin within 9- months. Below is my actual Waistline Chart that I started on November 28, 2014 and continue weekly until September 05, 2015. As impressive as losing the weight, inches, and years off my appearance, it is just as impressive that I was able to maintain these accomplishments in June of 2022. That wasn’t all that I dropped, I dropped my Blood Pressure, shown below, Glucose 104 (Non fasting), and Cholesterol (Total 178) levels, without prescribed medications:
My waistline as of June 20, 2022 is 28.50- inches. If there are two areas that get most of our attention it is our waistline and the condition of our skin. Both of these are affected by our diet, or WHAT and WHEN to eat, and our fitness routine. If TOP GUN:MAVERICK Movie proved one thing, the abdominal area still attracts the most attention.
