THE DELPHI DIET & CAST FITNESS System- My Results after 8- years

Key to Your Weight Lost & Health– Your Success is Based on Focusing Your Efforts of 70% Diet, 20% Exercise and 10% Lifestyle of being Active

Your success in achieving your New Year’s Resolution to lose weight is to avoid thinking that losing weight is how hard you are going to work out in the gym, focusing totally on your Cardio-Aerobic and Strength Training (CAST). Especially if you haven’t worked out for years or haven’t workout before. It isn’t so much working out harder as it is having a diet based on WHAT & WHEN you eat your meals. Timing is everything!

You can’t achieve your weight loss just by focusing on 20% of your total potential to burn off stored calories in the form of weight and inches in a couple of weeks just working out in the gym. You want your body to function where it can become a turbocharged-calorie-burning-juggernaut during the day and especially at night while you are sleeping.

Your Exercise is still an essential link and part of your weight loss and fitness program, especially strengthening your calorie-burning muscles. For every pound of muscle you add in strength training, you can burn 50- calories per day in addition to your normal burn. Remember your body can process your food in one of two ways ONE– Metabolize your food as energy source that is what you want for it to do; or TWO– Store your food as fat due to the composition of the food and/or time of day that you are eating your meals. Not what you want to do!

Your Diet Accounts for 70 Percent of your Weight Lost, Focus on Your DIET!

The most successful diet is based on two main principles of WHEN and WHAT you eat! First WHEN– Your natural metabolism works based on your Circadian Rhythms, burning calories between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. with maximum peak being at 2 p.m. So if you are going to schedule your workouts sessions to burn the most calories, plan your workouts for either before 9 a.m. or just after 2 p.m. for most calories burned.

Below are my results and my AB Challenge Photograph (taken October 14, 2022 at age 65) following a diet where I combined WHEN I ate with WHAT I ate. I lost 6.0- inches in my waistline in just 13- weeks (91- days) from November 28, 2014 to February 27, 2015, see my chart below. What is unique about my results, I followed the same workout routine that I had before I started my diet of WHEN and WHAT I ate. That shows you that you just can’t focus on your EXERCISES routine alone, you have to follow a healthy diet program or plan, as well.

NOW for WHAT I Ate

The nine (9) data points that I use off the standard Nutrition Label to determine your Health Index factor.

Now for the WHAT I ate- I used 9- data points off of the standard Nutrition Label to determine a very important Health Index (HI) factor. This is food that is high in Protein, Fiber, and Omega-3’s; but low in sugars and the hidden sugars, your pesky starches. Problem with most starches is that they are lanced with salt that makes them more enticing. Try eating just one potato chip and you will understand the salt enticement even over sugars.

When I combined WHEN I ate with WHAT I ate, I turned my body into a turbocharged-calorie-burning-juggernaut where I dropped 9.25- inches between November 28, 2014 to September 05, 2015 (281- Days). The biggest loss that I had came within 13- weeks of starting on my diet on November 28, 2014. What is really rewarding I still have a 28.50- inch waistline now 8- years out from starting my diet program.

But I Dropped Something Totally Unexpected, I Dropped Years off the Age of My Skin after 57      

This was taken in June 23, 2015 a week before I was to retire at age 57 as a Grid Engineer with Entergy. I’m the one in the middle on the Cross-arm about 85- feet off the ground over energized lines at 115,000 volt 3,000 amps.

I was retiring at the end of June of 2015 from a utility after 33- years to start a sportswear & performance company, THE QATSPY®. I wanted to lose down to at least a 30- inch waistline to where I could model my Flight Operation Center Collection that I have in my online store starting in July of 2015. But by March of 2015, I lost more than 6- inches in my waistline, but in addition to the weight loss, I lost over 25- years off the appearance of my skin. If you are about to model at age 57 or older, losing 25- years off the appearance of your skin isn’t a bad thing to happen.

John Tesh Radio Show, Intelligence for Your Life,- How WHEN You Eat is a Hugh Factor, again Timing is Everything

I later found out why I improved the appearance of my skin by dropping over 25- years off the appearance of my skin. John Tesh read a research paper on his show, Intelligence for Your Life, that stated that eating before 6 p.m. allows your body at night while you are sleeping to repair and rejuvenate your skin for an age-defying appearance. The results I got were better than any age-defying product out on the market today at a significantly higher price. Below is all the skincare products that I use:

But, eating before 6 p.m. also benefits your Blood Pressure 111/69, Blood Glucose (NON-FASTING of 114), and Total Cholesterol levels (of 174), as well. This is why understanding WHEN to eat and WHAT to eat are critical to your health and fitness. Just remember, nothing ever good happens to your health and fitness eating after 6 p.m.

This is my typical Blood Pressure reading without taking any medication of any type or kind at age 65.
