If Your DIET & FITNESS Provide This Results- Stick with IT– If Not Achieve Age Defying Fitness Results that I have Experienced at the Age 64
I started The DELPHI AD DIET & FITNESS System mainly to get into shape to model my line of sportswear that I carry in my online Store, THE QATSPY, with young ladies in their early twenties that work with me.
If losing weight wasn’t enough, modeling sportswear with young ladies in their early twenties added a totally different dimension to the challenge. I was retiring within eight (8) months, in June of 2015, to start my sportswear and fitness business where I needed to drop 45- LBS and 5.75- inches, or down to a 32- inch waistline. Just to add another caveat to the challenge, I also had intention of doing golf training and fitness videos starting at age 57, in the fall of 2015. If you want to road test your diet and fitness program, just appear in front of a camera that adds between five and eight pounds to you with young ladies.
So I started The DELPHI DIET & FITNESS System on November 28, 2014, that allowed me eight months to get into shape and lose the weight and inches for modeling. I had no idea that I would lose down to a 32- inch waistline, my goal, by January 22, 2015, just eight weeks and not eight months after starting The DELPHI DIET & FITNESS System, see my waistline chart below:
I didn’t stop at 32- inches, I dropped an additional 3.0 inches in my waistline for a total of 52- LBS and 8.75 inches, down to a 29.50- inch waistline, by September of 2015. But by March of 2015, I noticed that I had dropped something totally unexpected, age off the condition of my skin. I compared my photograph at age 64 to that of when I was in my early thirties; and these were very similar, minus a light graying of my hair. The photograph below, I just did an interview with a nationally recognized sportscaster in his early thirties on February 15th, 2022, see below, where we appear in our hangar.
So if Your Diet & Fitness Provides You this Type of Results, Stick with IT!
So if your diet and fitness provides you this type of results of dropping weight, inches, and age off the condition of your skin, you definitely need to stick with it, if your diet and fitness DOES NOT, you need to try The DELPHI AD DIET & FITNESS System. Just for extra measure, I dropped 30 points off my blood pressure at age 64 without taking any prescribed meds, see below:
The only thing you need to do is FIRST– To eat within a 9-to-5 schedule and learn how to read Nutrition Labels on food products at your local grocery store and/or your favorite restaurant based on a Health Index. SECOND– Follow a very simple fitness program that you can set up in your own home with very simple equipment. No intimidation HERE! Below is all the equipment that I use in my GYM:
If I can do this diet and fitness system starting at age 57 and maintain this type of fitness for 7- years to age 64, I know you can do it as well.
Covering the Mississippi State University Baseball Team
Covering Mississippi sports takes us to games that I enjoy doing. We had the pleasure of attending the Kentucky Wildcats verses Mississippi State Bulldogs football game at Davis Wade Stadium on October 30, 2021. This was the night when the MSU baseball team were receiving their Championship Rings after winning the 2021 College World Series game in Omaha, Nebraska. This CWS was played during the last part of June of 2021. Noah Newman had the privilege of covering the series.
