In the feature image above, and the two images at the end of this article, I’m 64 years old. I have been on the DELPHI Age-Defying DIET & FITNESS System since November 28, 2014 at age 57. I just like to enter these photographs in as evidence that this system works.

Believe it or not, if you give your body the right resources (diet, exercise, and lifestyle), the body can actually slow the aging process, and can actually reverse the aging process by using Probiotics, Protein (DIET), and strength training (FITNESS) to produce its own collagen.

DIET
A diet that is high in Probiotics, Protein, and Fiber can actually allow your body to act like a calorie-burning juggernaut. Probiotics, Protein, and Fiber can reduce belly fat by maintaining healthy bacteria in the gut and allowing your liver to work at peak efficiency.
With The DELPHI System, I lost 52- LBS and 8.25- inches in my waistline by using a Weight Factor (WF), or the Health Index in the DELPHI System. The Weight Factor, or Health Index, can be used to analysis Nutrition Labels, shown above, on food items at your grocery store or menu items at your favorite restaurants. By just using seven components on Nutrition Labels, you can determine the Weight Factor, or Health Index, that will allow you to turn your body into a calorie-burning juggernaut.
The WF is used to determine foods that you can eat can turn your body into a calorie-burning juggernaut. By keeping the Weight Factor below 3.25, I managed to reach my goal in just 6- weeks. I went from a waistline of 37.75- inches, down to a 32- inch waistline, my initial goal.
But from the waistline chart, below, that I kept for nine months, you can see that I exceeded my goal by losing an additional 43.47% beyond my goal in my waistline, down to 29.75- inches where I am today:

EXERCISE
With my chemical engineering background, I developed the DELPHI System mainly to lose weight at age 57, as I mentioned above. I discovered that The DELPHI System had a direct impact on my aging process, as well. Studies show that a fitness program that includes strength training can not only stop the aging process, but can actually reverse the aging process.
Most fitness regimens focus on aerobics (i.e., running, jogging, swimming, and walking), but doesn’t include a strength training component. This type of fitness program is shortchanging people on obtaining their total fitness, especially for those of us that are over 40 we lose muscle mass. Muscle strength isn’t just important for stability, but for a healthy immune system.
The term for what causes aging process to accelerate is mitochondrial / mīdəˈkändrēəl/ dysfunction that is caused by decreased muscle strength and muscle mass that can occur after our 20’s, unless we have strength training as part of our exercise routine. Focus on the word routine, as you need to continue exercise beyond January of each year. Once you get in a habit of working out and seeing the results helps you to continue and avoid stopping. This proves that the strength of our muscular system is tied directly to our aging process.
Three things to help your continue your Fitness Program:
- Develop a reason and purpose for your workout.
- Track and measurements your progress with photographs and charts. Photographs reinforces your mental image and for your staying power.
- Develop define goal(s).
The Three Numbers to Track for Your Health and Fitness
If you are taking medication for hypertension, cholesterol, and/or diabetes, it might indicate that your mitochondrial isn’t robust as you need it to be. Strength training has a direct impact on the energy level after your 20’s. The stronger your muscular system is improves the function of your heart, brain, and your overall health, and this also includes the health of your skin.
I monitor all three of my numbers (blood pressure, cholesterol, and glucose levels) on a regular bases. Medical experts used these factors for a research project, that I have linked below, to measure the health of their patients. I have been using these numbers since I started my DELPHI Age-Defying DIET & FITNESS System. Below is my regular blood pressure reading, without medication of any type:
When we perform strength training with resistant weights (dumbbells or elastic tubing), it tears muscle fiber that the body uses collagen to repair over time. This causes the muscle tissue to become stronger and larger. This is why strength training increases the strength and mass of your muscles. That same refurbishing use for restoring your muscles is also used to refurbish the skin and reverse the aging process.
The Linkage between Diet & Fitness
This is where your diet and fitness are directly linked together. The body depends on Probiotics, Protein, and Fiber for its source to produce collagen. Collagen supplements can be taken, but the foods that have a low Weight Factor, or Health Index, are high in probiotics, protein, and fiber. Adding a sport activity to your fitness routine is an excellent step for one to take in their overall health. Sports not only challenges the body, but more importantly, challenges the mind, as well.
One of the best sports for all ages is the sport of golf, especially for a homeschool student. Golf provides a great sport option, without the injuries caused by contact sports. Golf can be played as an individual or a team sport.
