THE QATSPY® Inside the Leather Sports, Health & Fitness Page

I’m in my GYM working out with a tethered 80- pound punching bag. The bungee cord does two things workout without a spotter and increases the intensity of my boxing bag routine. I wish manufacturer’s would add a simple attachment ring to the bottom of their bags.

Boxing Bag to Strengthen Your Health/Fitness. Adding a Punching Bag Exercise is a full body Workout for Toning, Stamina, and Balance

One of the best exercise elements that I have as part of my workout routine is working out with a punching bag. I start and finish my CAST Fitness Program while sparing with an 80- pound punching bag. But as you might notice in the feature image that there is a bungee cord tethered to the bottom of the punching bag.

The tethered bungee cord adds approximately 40% more resistance to my workout on the bag, but the bungee cord also allows me not to have a spotter to stabilize the bag. This is significant, because it allows me to maintain cadence of punches to increase my workout effectiveness. After two three- minute sessions along with my 50- minute CAST Fitness workout, I burn between 475 to 535 calories. I work out 4 times per week.

In the featured image, I’m 65 years old working out on my bag. I credit my CAST Fitness Program for my fitness, but more importantly, I credit my CASIMIR DIET Plan that increases the efficiency of my workout, because it allows my body to burn calories at a higher level. The CASIMIR DIET Plan allowed me to lose 35- pounds in just one month, during the month of December in 2014, of all months, and keep the weight off for 7- years NOW!

October of 2020, I was asked to assist in Hurricane restoration efforts after Hurricanes Laura and Delta ravaged western Louisianan. I retired in September of 2015 from a transmission line company. The photograph below was taken in January 07th, 2023 after we did a photoshoot for my Hemi-Quinn Sportswear Collection, I’m leaning up against my INDIAN Scout Bobber 60 age age 65.

Matter of fact, if you want to improve your golf game, swap out your golf bag and golf glove for a different type of bag and glove for just 6- minutes, 4 times a week. I even use kickboxing gloves as part of my golf coaching sessions. If you see the gold line, below, you will understand the impact that kickboxing gloves have on the golfer’s game.

I indicated two of the most important muscles used in the preset of the wrist action in the golf swing. These two muscles are incredibly significant to the golfer. The Palmaris Longus Muscle/Tendon not only syncs the golfer’s golf swing, this muscle tendon also is also used to grip the handle of the club. The Brachio-Radialis Muscle is used to OPEN and CLOSE the clubface and takes the club to the top of the swing. These two muscles/tendons should peak any golfer’s interest to understand how to use them in their golf game.
