An Age-Defying DIET-FITNESS Skincare System– The Best Skincare product isn’t what you put on; but in Your Body The DELPHI DIET-FITNESS
It Matters just as much WHEN you eat as it does WHAT You Eat to Obtain a Healthy Weight and have an Age-Defying Skin!
At the end of this article is my Coach’s Health & Fitness Corner: It covers two (2) exercises that you can do to relieve Sciatic Never Issues. These work for me after 33-years of flying. Sitting puts pressure on the Sciatic never that can cause discomfort and numbness. These two (2) exercises have dramatically improve my sciatic never issues.
The main reason that I developed The DELPHI AD DIET-FITNESS System, using my Chemical Engineering background, was to lose weight and get into shape before I retired. After I retired, I started my performance sports training, modeling, and sportswear business, THE QATSPY®. A major part of The DELPHI AD DIET-FITNESS System was not only based WHAT I ate, but more importantly, WHEN I ate, based on a 9-2-5 Schedule. I discovered this diet provided me something else, an Age-Defying benefit, as well!
Your body has a biological clock for metabolizing food, called Circadian Rhythms, just like how your body has a bio clock for getting effective sleep that is crucial to your overall health. The body can effectively metabolize our food starting at 9 a.m. until 5 p.m., with 2 p.m. being the peak time it metabolizes food at the highest level.
Knowing this about Circadian Rhythms is a crucial part of having an effective diet program. Whatever diet you’re following presently, you can improve its effectiveness by eating between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with 7 p.m. being the latest time to eat. (I use 7 p.m. time only when having dinner with friends on social occasions). This eating schedule along with the HI-Factor gave me the ability to model my sportswear that I carry in my online store, along with modeling for other companies at age 64, soon to be 65.
The DELPHI AD DIET-FITNESS System has a turbocharger component, the HI (Health Index)-Factor. The HI-Factor allows you to figure out how to read simple Nutrition Labels on food items or off restaurant’s menus to turn your body into a turbocharged calorie-burning juggernaut. I drop pounds (Lbs.) and inches off my waistline not in months, but weeks. Look at my progress documentation on my Waistline Cart, below, of my results that I achieved.
I Dropped More than Lbs. and Inches, I Actually Dropped Decades off my Skin, This is Your Power Play of Health & Fitness Leading up to Hitting a Grand Slam
After 6- months of following The DELPHI AD DIET-FITNESS System, I noticed something else that I had dropped, I was dropping not just years off the appearance of my skin, I was dropping decades off the appearance of my skin. This is a significant advantage for a guy at the age of 64 that was modeling as part of my second career after I retired.
The biggest critic of the status of one’s health and fitness is the camera lens. I dropped from 37.75- inches down to my target waistline of 32-inches in 8- weeks to start modeling, but that wasn’t enough for being in front of the camera lens modeling, I dropped down to 28.50- inches, where I’m at NOW!
Figure Your Healthy Waistline= Take your height in inches and divide by 2, or in my case divide my height by 2.2.

The Condition of My Skin I Credited to My WHAT I was Eating, but it is More of WHEN I Ate
Up until today, I credit my diet of WHAT I ate, food high in protein, fiber, and omega-3 that has allowed my body to naturally produce collagen for the age-defying condition of my skin that I have. I was convinced of that, until I was operating my tractor bush hogging my pasture this morning. I was listening to the John Tesh radio show on my headset when I found out that my age-defying skin was contributed to something else I was doing, The WHEN Factor, when I ate, 9-to-5.
Listening to Intelligence for your Life Show, when John Tesh mentioned how late eating can cause wrinkles and damage to occur to your skin to make it appear older. Eating late doesn’t allow your body to get the rest needed in order for your body to repair itself; especially to our biggest organ, repairing our skin. The later you eat, the shorter time you give your body the time needed to repair itself. This is why sleep is so important to us for our all health and fitness over our lifetime.
The Grand Slam of The DELPHI AD DIET-FITNESS System
I still credit my The DELPHI AD DIET-FITNESS System for WHAT, food that are high protein, fiber, and omega-3 along with my fitness training that has allowed my body to produce collagen. Collagen is also produced from our Fitness by maintaining stronger and active core muscles, called skeletal muscles. But now I realize the lion’s share of the credit goes to my eating schedule, or WHEN, of eating between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Now I realize the Grand Slam of The DELPHI AD DIET-FITNESS System is eating from 9 a.m.- to- 5 p.m. and the HI Factor. The Grand Slam consist of dropping:
1. Inches off my waistline
2. Pounds (Lbs.).
3. Years off the age of my skin.
4. The main thing, my Blood Pressure.
The Dangers of High Blood Pressure
High Blood Pressure leads to increased risk of cardiovascular disease, Stroke, Dementia, Alzheimer’s, and Diabetes, just to mention a few medical issues.
