A Simple & Healthy Breakfast of Champions– Pumpkin Pie a Great Source of Fiber, Protein, Healthy Fats, Probiotic with a Health Index of 1.25

My morning breakfast consists of my usual slice of Pumpkin Pie with a cup of coffee that turned out to be a Breakfast of Health Conscious Champions. Who want to eat and be healthy, especially during the Holidays? I baked my own Pumpkin Pie where I can control the ingredients, like how much sugar that I use. Sugar is your culprit for majority of weight gain. I used to work in my grandfather’s bakery for 9-years, so cooking and baking are a part of my life.

My grandfather and grandmother on the day they announced their engagement in November of 1927. They were heading up to Fayetteville, Arkansas to watch the Arkansas Razorbacks play Oklahoma State University.

What is great about The DELPHI DIET System is that it can be used as part of your Culinary Arts in your kitchen for cooking and baking to prepare healthy foods that can turn your body into a calorie-burning juggernaut. I’m proof that The DELPHI DIET works, refer to my Waistline Chart, below.

The DELPHI DIET System allows you to enjoy the holidays in your kitchen with family and friends and still eat traditional foods that are healthy for you and yours. You can have healthy foods that you can prepare for yourself and friends and still lose and keep off those LBS and inches even during the Holidays. Food and Holidays with family and friends should be enjoyed and not dreaded because of fear of weight gain.

In 2014, during the month of December, I managed to lose 42-LBS in the middle of the Holidays using my diet. The DELPHI Age-Defying DIET & FITNESS System allowed me to enjoy the food that I cooked and baked and still lost weight between Thanksgiving and New Years Day. What a great way to start off the New Year, losing 42-LBS. I lost a total of 52- LBS and 8.75- inches in the next 9- months. Better yet, I have kept the weight off, which is the indication of a proven diet.

How I Lost 42-LBS and 4.75- Inches in 4-Weeks During the Holidays

What makes The DELPHI DIET System effective is the Health Index that can be used to select foods from grocery stores for your recipes or from your favorite restaurants and still lose the weight. There are only seven (7) elements that I refer to from the standard Nutrition Label, shown below, to help me prepare healthy foods that have a Health Index Weight Factor that is at or below the number 3.25 Threshold.

The Seven (7) Elements that I use to evaluate food that turned my body into a Calorie-Burning Juggernaut are: Calories, Calories from Fat, Total Fat, Total Carbohydrate, Dietary Fiber, Sugar, and Protein.

There was an additional benefit of following and using The DELPHI DIET System, it allows you to identify foods that helps your skin look not years younger, but decades younger. Fiber, Protein, and Probiotic helps the body produce two elements ATP (adenosine 5’-triphosphate) and collagen. ATP along with collagen helps repair skin, muscles, joints, and connective tissue. The older you get the more appreciation you have for healthy muscles and joints; and not to mention younger looking skin.
