OCTOBER is Breast Cancer Awareness Month

This is my typical noontime lunch, consisting of Pinto Beans, Veggie Bagel Burger, Jalapeño Pepper, with a glass of Iced Tea. Bagels makes a better tasting bun than the regular burger bun does.

A DISH THAT IS CONSIDERED A PERFECT MEAL: Pinto Beans are Considered the Perfect Entrée to Include with Your Health and Fitness Program

A major part of my DELPHI Age-Defying DIET & FITNESS System is having Pinto Beans as my entrée with my lunch and dinner meals. Pinto Beans are considered to be among the perfect foods that one can have as a meal to maintain a low blood pressure, a low total cholesterol, and healthy glucose readings, along with your weight. Your diet accounts for 80 percent of your health and maintaining these readings and a healthy weight.

Besides being high in Protein and Fiber, Pinto Beans are also considered a Probiotic. You’ve heard the benefits of probiotic impact on your overall health. But what are the real deal benefits of Probiotic foods, like Pinto Beans, Onions, and Garlic, just to name a few items that have a huge positive impact probiotics can have on your health and fitness:

I don’t have to tell people over the age of 30 how difficult it is to get rid of belly fat. I was able to Turbocharge my weight loss, starting on November 28, 2014, by restarting my CASPER Fitness Program, that is a part of The DELPHI-Age-Defying DIET & FITNESS System. After my hip replacement, I was able to restart my fitness program. HERE’S a FACT- It doesn’t take a person long to gain weight after the age of 40.

But by including Pinto Beans, a great source of Probiotic in my diet, I was able to combine my DIET with my FITNESS routine, to lose over 8.50- inches in my waistline. Below is my Waistline Register starting in November 28, 2014 and running through September of 2015.

This is my Waistline Register that I kept during my weight lost starting on November 28, 2014 until September 05, 2015. I monthly check my waistline once a week since September 2015 and I maintain a 29.50- inch waistline.

I check my waistline weekly now, and my current waistline as of October 13, 2021 is 29.50 inches, at age 64. The reason that my fitness is important to me is that I model my clothing line, along with twentysomething models that work with me. So I have to not take away from these young ladies that are one-third of my age.

I workout 60-minutes, 5-times a week, in my un-airconditioned GYM, where the summertime heat index can reach 118 degrees. The secret of this type of conditioning workout is sweating. This is the reason I have the skin condition that I do, along with my DELPHI-DIET, high in Protein, Probiotic, and fiber. This type of diet supports muscles that, in turn, provide collagen for my skin.
