If the DELPHI Diet & CAST Fitness were a Pill or Cream, Everyone Would want a prescription of this Anti-Aging, Weight Loss Product for Daily Use

If I told you that you could lose weight, tone up, and look decades younger just by taking a pill or applying a cream, the product would sell out in a day. Stores and drug companies couldn’t even keep it in stock or on their shelves. It is almost just that easy to lose weight, tone up, and look younger, not just years but decades younger, just by following a simple diet and exercise routine.

I’m (Charles Wendell Boatright) 63 years old in this photograph taken in September of 2020. I was doing a promo for my Athletic training, fitness, and apparel business when this photograph was taken. I have been following the DELPHI Diet & CAST FITNESS Program since I retired in September of 2014.

In 2014, I developed what would become The DELPHI Diet & CAST FITNESS Program that allowed me to lose 35- pounds and over 4-inches, within just 4- weeks. That wasn’t the only thing I lost, as I lost years off my skin by having healthier-looking skin from the high protein and high fiber diet that The DELPHI Diet & CAST FITNESS Program is based on. Both the high protein and high fiber diet isn’t just to aid in weight loss, but also for providing important collagen to the skin for an elastic and a firmer healthy- looking skin.

Collagen is found not only in skin, but also muscles, bones, and tendons. That means this The DELPHI Diet & CAST FITNESS Program helps those areas as well. One key element that can damage skin is consumption of sugar and overexposure to the elements, like wind, dryness, and sunlight, just to name a few. I spent 33-years working as a grid engineer with a transmission company in Mississippi out in the field with linemen. But the elements isn’t the only exposures you have in compromising the health of your skin, don’t forget about sugars and the hidden sugars, which are starches, that are just as dangerous to your health and skin. Starches can account for just as much weight gain as sugar.

The The DELPHI Diet Program identifies foods that promote the production of collagen and among these foods are- beans, chicken, fish, green vegetables, and garlic that are basic components of the ASCOT-Diet. These foods that have a low Weight Factor (WF), not only allows you to lose weight, but also to improve elasticity and firmness of your skin for an anti-aging component and to reduce joint discomfort, which is a major concern of people as they age.

A great example of how the Weight Factor (WF) is used in the The DELPHI Diet & CAST FITNESS Program is to compare the sweet potato with the Idaho potato. If you’re familiar with Sugar Busters Diet back in the early 90’s, you knew that a sweet potato was a better choice than the Idaho potato, but the question was WHY?  While the sweet potato has a higher sugar content (fructose) of 7 grams compared with only 1 gram of the Idaho potato, the sweet potato is actually a healthier choice because of the fiber and low level of starch, as compared to the Idaho potato that contains a high level of the hidden sugars, or starches, see below:

Just looking at the two Nutrition Labels of the Sweet Potato compared to that of the Idaho Potato you wouldn’t have any alarm bells going off in your head as to which one was a better choice to have at your meal. Calories, Cholesterol, fiber, sugar, and protein data are comparable the same. But the Weight Factor (WF) exposes the hidden sugars, STARCHES, that prevents you from losing weight and feeling better.

If you try diets and you don’t see any weight lost or improvements in your numbers like blood pressure, blood glucose, or Cholesterol this is the reason, the hidden sugars and not consuming foods that are high in fiber and high in protein. I check my blood pressure every night (112/62 Pulse 67) and both my blood glucose (85 fasting) and total cholesterol every (175) every quarter (every three months). I don’t take any prescribe medication at all.

This is my average blood pressure and pulse readings that I check every night. I don’t take any prescribed medication of any kind. I credit my The DELPHI Diet & CAST FITNESS Program for turning in numbers like these. Two (2) inexpensive devices that you can purchase from your Walmart or Drug store is a blood pressure and blood glucose monitors. A Cholesterol monitor is a little more expensive. But these are great devices to maintain a check on your health numbers.

The Weight Factor (WF) in the The DELPHI Diet & CAST FITNESS Program allows you to identify foods that are a healthier choice from both your grocery store or your favorite restaurant. You can even use your I-Phone to search websites for Nutrition Labels. This DELPHI Diet travels well with you, without depriving you of your ability to enjoy your food with family or friends. The DELPHI Diet Program places control and choices in your hands. I even compile a Weight Factor (WF) Table below of my favorite foods that I can either eat or avoid.

In reference to the above Weight Factor (WF) Chart, health and medical experts points to certain meats that produce collagen. These experts points to fish, chicken, and turkey. Look at the WF Chart above at the low WF meats that are healthy in producing collagen for healthy skin and joint health. The low WF foods are also great for helping to prevent Alzheimer’s. The The DELPHI Diet & CAST FITNESS Program is more than just a weight lost program, it is actually a fountain of youth when you were in the best health of your life.

After just 9- months of following my The DELPHI Diet & CAST FITNESS Program, I lost over 52- pounds and over 8- inches in my waistline. The photograph below was taken in early September of 2020, after six years of being retired and following the ASCOT-Diet and Fitness program at age 63. I was asked to assist with transmission line storm restoration efforts after Hurricanes Laura and Delta that ravaged the western parts of Louisiana.

This photograph was taken on a dare by linemen in October of 2020. The linemen were men that I used to work with before I retired in 2015. I was called back off retirement to help with Hurricane restoration efforts. I have been on the DELPHI Diet plan since 2014.

This photograph was taken on a dare from linemen that I used to work with that couldn’t believe the shape that I was in at age 63, after five years of being retired. I felt comfortable enough to take off my shirt and T-shirt for this photograph, because of the results I had from the The DELPHI Diet & CAST FITNESS Program I enjoy now for six (6) years.

I’m like many of you who have tried numerous diets programs and only saw minimum results from following diets and fitness workouts. The diet and fitness that I developed allowed my body to become a calorie-burning juggernaut naturally, while I ate foods high in protein and high in fiber, but restricted my sugar and starch intake, which are the culprits to weight gain.

But the biggest benefit that I have gained from The DELPHI Diet & CAST FITNESS Program is healthier and younger-looking skin.
