This is a reproduction of the authentic A-2 Leather Flight Jacket that your mother, grandmother, or aunt wore serving in the U.S. Army Military to support the war effort in based in the Europe and to the Pacific Islands to win the war on two fronts.
First time in seven decades this Women’s Army A-2 Leather Flight Jacket has been reissued to active duty female service personnel and will become a part of the official uniform once again especially ROTC. This Ladies’ A-2 Leather Flight Jacket will be authorized to be worn my newly reissued of the U.S. Military World War II-style service uniform.
The Men and Ladies’ A-2 Leather Flight Jacket was issued to the U.S. Military up to 1947 that was worn also by the elite paratroopers of the 82nd and 101st Airborne worn the A-2 Leather Flight Jacket with their insignia as a badge of honor to help identify their unit. The renown Tuskegee Airmen (Red Tails) also wore the A-2 Leather Flight Jacket in their honor service to our country as being the first African-American pilots.
