These are key indicators at your annual physical exam that your doctor highlights to help you improve your health stats. Using the 925-MET DIET PLAN, your doctor will be asking you how you lowered your numbers across the board while looking and feeling better than anytime in your life.
The 925-MET DIET PLAN allows you to eat foods you can select from your local grocery stores and enjoy eating out at your favorite restaurants with friends and family. The Nutrition Labels are on all packaged food items at your grocery store and can be looked up on your I-Phone for fresh produce in your grocery store or off Restaurant’s Websites. One thing about The CASPER FITNESS PROGRAM is that it is as light of a workout or as strenuous one as you want to make it. For a fitness program to be effective is has to be engaging, beneficial, provide results, and just as important be enjoyable performing.
The exercise equipment required for The CASPER FITNESS PROGRAM is simple consist of free weights, Medicine Balls, various Exercising tubing, Ab roller, and simple kickball. This is shown in my GYM photograph above. Additional equipment options can also include 80 Lb. punching bag and programmable stationary bicycle, shown above in the GYM photograph.
Just a coaching technique for your fitness program, its not the amount of weight that you workout with, but the number of reps that you do and the ability to increase your reps over time as you condition yourself.
I like to perform 10 reps in a set with a 10 second rest interval period before starting the next set of 10 reps. You will be surprise of the number of reps you can do and to increase those reps just by having a 10- second rest period between sets. I consider top performers as those that can do 4-to-5 sets, or 40-to-50 reps, of each element in The CASPER FITNESS PROGRAM.
I got into my current Health & Fitness based on following these two programs and playing golf walking the course, that’s 8.5 miles 3 to 4 time a week.
