Like most people, as we age, our metabolism slows down, while everything we don’t want to go up (i,e,. I was starting a web-based, personal sports training and a custom apparel business, THE QATSPY®.
At first, my web-based business focused on golf training videos and instructional downloads after I got into shape. But after I achieved my weight loss with results that I had, even within one-month, during the month of December, I had to share my nutrition and fitness success with others.
When a person over the age of 55 loses over four- inches in their waistline and 35- pounds in just one month, this program has to be shared with others.
Over the next six- months, I lost a total of over 7- inches in my waist and 46- pounds. By September of 2015, I hit my plateau of 8- inches in my waistline and a total weight loss of 52- pounds at age 58. Now going on 5- years, I have maintained my current health and fitness at age 63 and actually enjoy doing my golf and fitness videos and modeling my line of custom apparel.
The 925-MET DIET and CASPER FITNESS PROGRAM
Before you consider making your New Year’s Resolution to get into shape by following a fitness regimen ONLY, let me provide a better healthier means of reaching your Resolution. My background in chemistry and engineering helped me to develop a diet plan based on Algorithms, (a fancy name for putting data into a formula) to arrive at a desired result. The 925-MET DIET can be used for food you prepare at home, from your grocery store, or at your favorite restaurants.

The objective of the 925-MET DIET PROGRAM is to keep 90% of your food below a Weight Factor of 3.25 and 10% below a Weight Factor of 5.75
Besides losing weight and lowering your waistline, the 925-MET DIET PROGRAM also lowers your blood pressure, blood glucose, and Cholesterol readings. The Blood Pressure reading below was taken last night, Wednesday, December 02, 2020. This reading is without prescribed medication. I take no medication at all that is another money saver! Numbers like that at age 63 isn’t bad at all.
