Your Tri-Factor to Make Sure the Clothes you buy Online Looks just as good on you– The Tri-Factor is Diet, Exercise, Lifestyle Health Index

Another part of my sportswear business is performance that focuses on improving the quality of life with one’s health and fitness based on the Tri-Factor. Improving your health and fitness will allow your clothes to fit as they appeared online. I’ve developed a Diet, Exercise, and Lifestyle Performance Health Index System to help those who have found it difficult to get into shape. The DELPHI has allowed me to lose seven (7)- inches in just 90- Days (from 28Nov14-to-27Feb15 refer to my Waistline Chart below) to be able to model my sportswear collection even at age 65, refer to the featured image, above.

The best way to make sure the clothes that you purchase online or from brick/mortar stores look as great on you as they appeared online or in the store, is to improve your health and fitness. You will be accenting your clothes instead of your clothes accenting you! THE DELPHI DIET & FITNESS System has allowed me to drop a total of (52) pounds and (9) inches over a nine (9) month period eight (8) years ago and I still have a 29.0 inch waistline.

But just three (3) months into the DELPHI program, I dropped something that was totally unexpected, I dropped 30- years off the appearance of my age. I now have skin that I had in my mid-30’s at age 65. This is a huge bonus for someone at the age of 65 to be able to model. The biggest factor of this is contributed to WHEN I ate between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

The CAST Fitness Program

The DELPHI DIET & FITNESS System includes the CAST FITNESS program that is based on Cardio-Aerobic & Strength Training workouts to tone and strengthen your muscles. Toning and strengthening your muscles does something else even more important, your muscles are also used to tone and strengthen your skin for an age-defying skin. Below is an AB Challenge that I did on January 07th, 2023 in our hangar at age 65 after doing a photoshoot. NOTE Temperatures were in the upper 60’s that day.

Your fitness component is just as important as your diet is to you, because beneath your skin are Fibroblast Natural Growth Hormone receptors that are connective tissue that supply collagen to your skin and joints. These receptors are turbocharged by your strength training. Below is a photograph taken of me on the bag in my gym on July 02nd, 2022 that shows all of the basic exercise equipment that I use working out. If you have a door and have a few elastic resistance tubing, you have your own home gym. It isn’t the amount of weight you lift, but the reps you do per set that counts.

This was a photograph taken on Saturday, July 02nd, 2022 of me in my gym where I’m working out on my 80 Lb. Bag. This shows all the simple exercise equipment that I use during my 45-to-50 minute workout session that I do five (5) times a week. I just turned 65 years old.
