Before you go into next week to make two of the top New Year’s Resolutions for January, to lose weight and get into better shape just by hitting the GYM to burn and sweating off those excess pounds. Please start with your diet FIRST than use your fitness for toning!
A Successful Diet is all about Decoding Nutrition Labels and following your Circadian Rhythms.
If you want to lose weight, feel, and look years younger, you’ll need to be able to DECODE nutrition labels to drop your weight and years off the age of your skin. Decoding the nutrition label will allow you to know WHAT you can eat to turn your body into a Calorie-Burning Juggernaut.
This is done by your ability to DECIPHER nutrition labels, shown above, at your grocery store and at your favorite restaurants using just 9- Data points. The Other component is WHEN to eat based on your natural Circadian Rhythms. This will provide you with the best ability to achieve your two New Year’s Objectives, to drop weight and drop decades off the age of your skin, to get into better shape.
I just went, Friday (22Dec2023), in for a routine medical procedure where anesthesia had to be administered, so the amount of anesthesia given is based on your weight. I weighed in at 154 pounds with clothes and shoes. The nurse was wondering why I was having this procedures usually done for men over 50. The nurse couldn’t believe that I was 66 years old.
By DECODING, you can turn your body into a Calorie-burning-juggernaut where you are processing your food directly for energy instead of storing your food as fat based on WHAT & WHEN you eat. The CODE will also allow you to burn off excess retention fat as well to look years younger.

If you ever been to the doctor, you know how the doctor uses Latin Terms, The Latin Term Meliora (MEH-lee-OR-ah)- means very improve process.
THE MELIORA DIET & FITNESS Programs contains the DECODING Process that will allow you to be able to read nutrition labels and identify the two real culprits that prevent you from losing weight and getting into shape, even over 50. These two culprits that prevents you from dropping your weight and years off your appearance are those hidden sugars. Regardless how strenuous your fitness workout is you can’t just rely on the gym workout only.

Most people have given up on their New Year’s Resolutions by the mid part of February, even after spending hours per week in the GYM or dieting that seems not to work. You might have managed to drop a few pounds, but your weight seems to come right back. But how many diets the you heard about or seen advertised that allows you to drop your WEIGHT and YEARS off your age? I would think not many!
Those Hidden Sugars are Your Culprit to Losing Your Weight
We know that the added sugars (glucose), with saturated and trans fats (unhealthy fats) in foods are three of the main culprits preventing you from shedding those unwanted Lbs. But there are two more culprits that aren’t listed on the nutrition labels that are those 2-pesky fat gainers, these are your simple starches and simple carbohydrates. I classify these two culprits as those hidden sugars. These 2- culprits are the reasons you can’t seem to drop your weight and get into better shape, regardless how hard you workout in your gym or diet that you follow.
You might take medication to drop those unwanted Lbs, but can that medication drop years off the age of your skin the second thing people notice about your health and fitness. If you feel good you’ll look more confident.
All Calories Aren’t Created Equal
To drop your weight and years off the age of your skin you want your calories to be derived from proteins, fiber, probiotics, Omega-3 Fats, complex starches and complex carbohydrates. You want to reduce or even eliminate those hidden sugar (simple starches and simple carbohydrates) calories and those unhealthy fats (saturated and Trans) from your diet.
MELIORA (very important) DECODING PROCESS– The higher the DAC (Decipher Analysis Code) score is above 3.25 indicates foods that have high levels of unhealthy fats, simple starches, and simple carbohydrates. These type of unhealthy fats, simple starches, and simple carbohydrates will cause your weight gain to occur. This in turn will hike your blood pressure, glucose, and cholesterol levels, as well; what your doctor harps on you to drop at your physicals.
HERE’S HOW THE DECODING WORKS– A great example of how a DAC score works is to compare nutrition label of a Sweet Potato to that of an Idaho Potato. Look at the sugar (or fructose) content of the sweet potato at 7 grams compare to that of the Idaho Potato, with 1 gram, refer to the nutrition labels below:
Just compare the sugar content of the two nutrition labels above, you would think that the Idaho Potato would be a healthier choice, BUT you would be totally WRONG! The Idaho Potato has a higher DAC score that indicates your calories are coming from both simple starches and simple carbohydrates that aren’t listed on the label and are unhealthy for your diet. Total carbohydrates are listed but not broken down into simple vs. complex carbs.
If you are scratching your head on why you can’t drop weight on certain diets, you just identified your two culprits classified as those hidden sugar.
The DAC score at or under 3.25 indicates WHAT you should eat that is healthy. The WHEN you should eat is based on your natural Circadian Rhythms that your body metabolizes your food effectively.
Eating based on Your Natural Circadian Rhythms
The best approach to dropping your weight and years off is to eat between 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. This allows your body to do the hard work for you naturally, even when you are sleeping. Eating past 6 p.m. will interfere with your body’s natural ability to repair and rejuvenate itself; especially to allow your skin to have that ability to look years younger, to have the age-defying appearance.
Eating before 6 p.m. will also lower your blood pressure, blood glucose, and cholesterol levels. The MELIORA Diet will allow you to turn in healthier numbers even over the age of 65 without being on any prescribed medication. Below, are my number from my recent physical on August 28th, 2013:
Blood pressure- 115/61
Blood Glucose- 109 (Non Fasting)
Total Cholesterol- 158
Waistline- 28.50″
Weight- 148 Lbs.
BMI- 18.75
What I’m especially proud of is my total cholesterol reading at 158. I’m not on any prescribed medication of any type or kind!
The DAC score, is based on WHAT to eat, food at or below 3.25, and WHEN to eat, between 9 a.m. – 6 p.m., is the optimum diet for your body to use your food as high octane fuel. This allows your body to use your food as energy instead of storing your food as a fact.
My Fitness Component of THE MELIORA DIET & FITNESS Program
