Why Just Drop LBS/Inches, Why Not Drop Years- A lot of Diets Focus on Dropping weight/inches, Why Not Drop Years with a DIET & FITNESS that Actually Works
Here’s the question– Why spend the money on other diets and pre-packaged foods that you can save to purchase cloths that you will have to due to the weight you will lose on The ASCOT- DIET & FITNESS. I went from paints with a 36-inch waistline down to a 30-inch waistline where I’m at now. The only reason I don’t buy 29-inch waistline paints is that I would have to buy boy’s paints.
When we follow diets, we are trying to lose weight and inches in our waistline, while improving our overall health. This is very important as we reach our mid-forties, as our metabolism starts to slow down in how we process and use our food that we consume. Reaching a healthy weight and following a fitness regimen not only improves our numbers (e.g., blood pressure, glucose and Cholesterol levels), but also improves the effects of aging, muscle lost, flexibility, and our stamina.
An effective diet and fitness program allows us to lose weight and to function and feel better with more energy that we had at a younger age, like in our 20’s. But that isn’t only what an effective and proper diet and fitness program does for you. You don’t only have more energy that you had at a younger age; you can have a younger appearance in your skin and tone. I’m shown below at a hangar on my INDIAN Motorcycle at age 63.
A proper diet and fitness program helps your body produce collagen, a key component in our heath, that is essential for not only healthy skin, but healthy muscles and joints. Joint health is essential to promote mobility and being active that is key factor to a healthy lifestyle. Collagen aids in the rejuvenation of skin that it is most identifiable, but collagen also contributes to heart health and cognitive function. This is what Ponce de Leon should have been searching for.
The Ponce de Leon Factor
In November, 28 of 2014 was when I started my ASCOT- DIET & FITNESS Program, my main objective was just to lose weight, like the main reason why most of us start diets. I was starting a sports training and an apparel online business after I retired from a utility transmission line company, where I worked for 33-years. My intentions were to model my clothing line and be an instructor in my golf and fitness training videos.
About three-months after I started my diet, I soon discovered that I didn’t just drop the weight and inches off my waistline; I actually achieved what Ponce de Leon was hunting for: an age-defying component. The ASCOT- DIET & FITNESS Program is based on a Weight Factor Number that identifies food high in fiber, protein, and an element not associated with our health, that has a Periodical Symbol of Cu, or Copper.
I have attached a link of The TOP 28 Foods high in Copper that help in the production of collagen. These foods also have a low Weight Factor Number that is important to your weight lost. The feature photograph above is me in my Home Gym at age 64, this photograph was just taken on Wednesday, 19May2021. The equipment that you see in this feature photograph is all the equipment that I work out with in my ASCOT- FITNESS Program. So you don’t have to spend a lot of money to have an effective workout program.
There a piece of exercise equipment in my Gym that might not have made it on to many people list, that is a boxing bag. This is great for stamina and improving ones balance and cognitive function. Matter of fact, the medical field uses a punching bag routine to help Parkinson’s patients. I use it for a full body workout, like a young lady that works with me in the photograph below.
The ASCOT- DIET & FITNESS Program has allowed me to model my clothing line and allowed me to be the instructor in my golf and fitness videos. At the end of this article, I have attached three of my training videos.
At age 64, I still enjoy riding my INDIAN Scout Bobber 60 Motorcycle with friends wearing one of the key clothing items in my online store, the Authentic A-2 Leather Flight Jacket that I use as my motorcycle jacket.

And also, I would like to propose a question– Would Indiana Jones even consider going on his next adventure without his Leather Jacket. His fans wouldn’t even permit it! Next month marks the 40th Anniversary of the release of The Raiders of the Lost Ark. Next month also marks the 90th Anniversary of the production of the A-2 Leather Flight Jacket that has changed little since its released and is still supplied to the U.S. Military since 1939. I did a photo op in recognition of the 40th Anniversary of The Raiders of the Lost Ark.
