One of the healthiest dishes that you can prepare and have for several meals is chili. Chili has Lycopene, which is an antioxidant that protects against cell damage and is a great heart health food source. Also, the QATSPY Blue Plate Chili contains one of the most perfect foods, pinto and black beans. Beans are an excellent source of amino acid, fiber, protein and they also reduce the risk of cancer. Beans can stabilize blood glucose levels and improve gut health. The ground beef is 93% lean meat.

This chili doesn’t require a five (5) alarm or even a one alarm heat alert notification, but has a nice spicy taste to zest up the day and your meal. Cook the QATSPY Blue Plate Chili one day and have a quick meal for a party or family for two to three days. They will be coming back for seconds.

Cooking Directions:

  1. Saute the dry diced onions in Olive Oil, then add the two grades of ground beef, cook until lightly brown.
  2. Add the 2 packages of Lawry’s Chili season, corn meal, and cumin, and let simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Then add all of the canned sauces and beans to the base.
  4. Let cook slowly on low heat for about an hour, then you will have the best chili (that isn’t spicy) that you’ve ever had.

What is really great also is that the chili is better on the second and third days.
