There are some photographs that you would like to forget they exist and would like to remove them from memory. But without these type of photographs, you can’t actually evaluate the success and positive changes that you have made over time.
The feature photograph side-by-side comparison shows the positive impact of a diet I developed that has actually helped me to lose 52 pounds and over eight (8) inches in my waistline. The photograph on the left was the before photo during an radio interview that I had with Ned Reynolds, a sports personality with JOCK 98.7 FM in Springfield, MO, which was on November 24, 2014.
I was scheduled to start video production of my ASPEN Golf Swing Coaching Technique and my fitness videos within four short months after this interview. My problem was obvious that I had gained weight after a hip problem that I had. I gained over 40 Lbs. in just three short years. Even after a hip replacement and restarting my CASPER Fitness Program, I needed to include a diet program, which is 80 percent of your total fitness.
So I went back to my early 20’s when I lost 20 Lbs. and revised a diet I used then, where I eat between 9 am and 5 pm. I started what I called my KOSHER 925-MET Diet Program on December 2, 2014, and within 3 short weeks, I lost 25 lbs and at six (6) weeks, I lost 42 lbs. After nine (9) months, I lost a total of 52 lbs, where I have remained now, going on five (5) years.
I met my goal and production schedule by following my KOSHER 925-MET Diet and CASPER Fitness Programs and started my video production of my YouTube Training Videos. I have posted some of these videos below for your reference.

I shot these YouTube Videos to show people that they can use very basic exercise equipment and have an effective workout right in your own Home Gym like I have where. What you see is what I use in my CASPER Fitness Program. My CASPER Exercise consist of:
- Dumbbells (15, 25, 30, and 35 Lbs)
- Exercise Tubing (10, 15, 25, 50, 100 Lbs)
- Medicine Ball (15 and 20 Lbs)
- Ab Roller
- Punching Bag (80 Lbs) and gloves
- Exercise Bike (Mountain and stationary)
- Kickball
- Box for a seat
- Exercise Mat
Older people need to incorporate the CASPER Fitness Program into the schedule, especially what I called the Tubing Workout in Part 2 of my CASPER Fitness Program
