The ASCOT-DIET Program Memorial Day Menu- THE QATSPY® At The Turn Cafe High Fiber & Protein Diet to Drop Your Weight Not the Appetite

In November 28, 2014, I developed what became the DELPHI-DIET Program, based on identifying foods with a Weight Factor Number that you can use at your favorite grocery store and/or restaurant to be able to eat foods that are high in fiber and protein, but low in sugar and the hidden sugars, starches.

I used my background in chemistry to develop Algorithms and Analytics to develop a Weight Factor to help me evaluate my foods that are high in fiber and protein, but low in trans and saturated fats and sugars. This also included reducing the hidden sugars, which are starches. Starches are actually worst than sugars!

My goal was to drop 45- pounds within 3- months. I actually dropped 45- pounds within 6- weeks. In just one month, I went from having a waistline of 37.75- inches, down to 33- inches in 4- weeks, during the month of December of 2014. My waistline after 7- years of following The DELPHI- DIET is 29.50 inches (see my log that I kept during this time frame).

This is the actual log that I used to track my progress on The DELPHI- DIET & CAST FITNESS Program where I dropped 9.50- inches with in 9- months with 4 of those inches coming off in one month, during the month of December of 2014.

My DELPHI DIET & CAST FITNESS Program were so successful that I started my online health, fitness, and sports training business in 2015, after I retired as a grid engineer in August. My objective was to be the trainer in my sports and fitness videos. But the weight wasn’t the only thing I dropped, as I also dropped years off my appearance, due to the high fiber, protein, and copper diet that I was able to eat on DELPHI DIET & CAST FITNESS Program .

The high fiber, protein, copper, and fitness program that I followed allowed my body to produce collagen that not only repairs joints and muscle tissue, but also skin tissue and is an anti-aging component. This diet is like an age-defying cream that doesn’t come in a tube and is relatively inexpensive to follow. This photograph was taken last week on 19May2021 in my Home Gym where I workout 4 times per week for 45- minutes during each workout session. Again, I 64- years old and feel like 34 years of age.

In the photograph above, I’m 64 years old, in my home gym, where I workout still. I didn’t have an office job, but I actually worked outside doing linemen work, so I wasn’t protected from the elements of mother nature.
