I’ve always exercised since I was 12 years old, but it wasn’t until I developed the 925-MET Diet Plan that allowed me to lose 52- pounds and over 8- inches in my waistline.
Eight percent (80%) of your health and fitness is based on what you eat. If you just concentrate on physical exercise, you’re only achieving 20 percent (20%) of your health and fitness. You have to address the other part of your health equation, which is your nutrition. The secrete to a great fitness program is to have a 5-to-10 second rest period between sets of 10 reps. You’ll be less fatigued and will be more effective in strength and toning your body. More reps are more important than more weight. Exercise until you reach fatigue stage, than build off that.
