In a six week period, I dropped six-inches in my waistline, based on WHEN I ate (between 9 a.m.-to-6 p.m.) and WHAT I ate, based on a weighted score using just 9- data points off the standard Nutrition Labels, as noted above on the nutrition label.

Something else that I wasn’t expecting that I dropped, as well

What was actually surprising to me, that I wasn’t expecting, was that I also dropped about 30- years off the age of my skin, in addition to weight, and inches to allow me to start modeling now at age 66 our Safari Cockpit Gear. Cameras are actually the most critical test for Actors and Actresses roles in an action-type movie like the recent Aquaman Movie with Jason Momoa who prepared for this action hero role. The critical test for any diet and fitness is what is called THE AB Challenge like I did in August of 2023 after our Safari Cockpit Collection photoshoot, posted below. How many actors or even people following typical diets and workouts that can pose for an AB Challenge over the age of 65, as I did below?

I call it my Mojave Oasis GYM because my gym isn’t air-conditioned nor is my gym heated. In the summer time temperatures in the morning can be 95 degrees Fahrenheit. Sweating is one of the best things you can do for your skin in addition to eating a diet high in Protein, Fiber, and Omega-3 Fats!
