Egg-ceptional Healthy Hair and Lose Belly Fat– Those of us over the Age 50 all want to lose Belly Fat, Look Young; but Maintain Healthy Hair
For both men and women, there are three (3) points of focus- their appearance that includes healthy younger skin and hair and the confidence that gives them.
My dog and I love eggs so much that our breakfast includes scramble eggs out on the back patio each morning at 9 a.m. I added scrambled eggs to his dog food in order for my furry friend to eat his dog food. I look forward to my typical two (2) scramble eggs with an Oat & Honey Granola Bar with my coffee each morning. Ever since November of 2014, I have been eating eggs in the morning with my coffee. Eggs help curve your appetite and provide energy for my active day.
Eggs are considered a great SUPER FOOD with a Health Index (HI) of 3.18 that are excellent for burning belly fat, and improving both your hair, skin, and overall health. We all want to lost the belly fat; but not the hair on our heads. Eggs are a great source of Protein, Vitamins D, B-12, biotin, and folic acid for overall health that benefits your hair. Eggs provide elasticity to your skin key for that younger looking skin and healthy hair.
One thing that I count on in my business is the ability to model our line of leather flight jackets, especially since I’m 65 years of age. Eggs are also a great method to reduce belly fat for a photo finish. Eggs are great for stimulating the scalp and for the hair roots to prevent hair loss. Preventing hair loss is just as important for women as it is for men, as we age.
If you want a healthy age-defying looking appearance, make sure your diet consists of protein, fiber, omega-3 fatty acids including vitamin A, B-12, and E that are essential to defying your age. Importance of Strength & Conditioning Training
Those of you who focus a major part of your workout on aerobics, I would suggest that you also include a strength and conditioning component to your regular workout routine. Ladies, strength and conditioning are a great way to maintain your quads, glutes, abs, and biceps that add to that chisel-sculptured look. Maintaining that chisel-sculptured look makes your clothes look even more stylish and fashionable. The biggest benefit by following an effective diet and fitness program is improved confidence.
Some ladies focus their attention on their aerobic workout to maintain their weight, but in the process this can lead to muscle loss and tone, especially in their quads and arms. Strength and conditioning are a great way to avoid muscle loss, even if you use light weights. Including a Cardio-Aerobic and Strength Training allows your age to only be a number and not reflective in your appearance.

After I did the photoshoot for our TOP GUN Collection in the featured image, I did an AB Challenge, for my DELPHI DIET & CAST FITNESS book that is in our Online store and on KINDLE with the rest of my four (4) books. These all four books are listed under my name, Charles W. Boatright.
Without my DELPHI DIET & CAST FITNESS, there would be no way at age 65 that I would even consider modeling our line of flight jackets that we supply to the U.S. Military. Much less do an AB Challenge at age 65. My initial objective was just to drop weight and inches in my waistline, but three (3) months into my diet and fitness program, I noticed that I also dropped years off the appearance of my skin. It turned out to be decades, like I was in my mid-30’s.
Therapy for a Sciatic Nerve Issue
Due to injuries that lead up to my Medically Discharged from the U.S. ARMY, that lead to a sciatic nerve injury. I experienced various levels of pain and numbness down the back of my legs, calves, and into my feet that got worst over the years. One of my exercise elements has totally eliminated my sciatic nerve issue that was debilitating that I like for those suffering from sciatic nerve issues to try. Below, is me in my GYM performing the Elastic Resisting Tubing Row Exercise. If you have sciatic nerve issues, this might also help you as well! I feel like a new man since I been using this Rowing Exercise.
