Is it a Salad or is it a Dessert that burns away Belly Fat for Flatter ABS?

An Antioxidant heart health belly fat burner salad with Bananas, Blueberries, Strawberries and yogurt that we serve in our Deli.

Tuesday (July 12, 2022), I posted our original recipe from that of what we served in our deli; but for this recipe, I swapped out sour cream with yogurt and eliminated coconut flakes. With this salad, I also added blueberries to boost the antioxidants of this salad and for presentation.

The reason I dropped sour cream and coconut flakes were their Health Index Factors where sour cream had a HI of 17.14 and coconut flakes a Health Index of 8.75. I don’t eat any meal item with a HI Factor above a 3.25 for 90 percent of my meals and I don’t eat past 5 p.m.

Bananas have a Health Index Factor of 2.59, while they are high in calories (105) they are also high in fiber (3g) that helps to burn the belly fat for a flatter stomach that is the most difficult to achieve in a diet and fitness programs.

Strawberry has a Health Index of 2.27 based on the high fiber (3g) as well. Strawberries regulate digestion by allowing our blood stream to absorb sugar (fructose) that helps to control type 2 diabetes and also burns fat to aid in weight loss and helps in flatter stomach.

Blueberries have a Health Index of 2.056 with 3 grams of fiber and 1 gram of protein and Omega-3. Blueberries are a great source of antioxidants that reduces the body’s ability to store fat and naturally processes glucose for energy. Blueberries also contain both Vitamin C and K, manganese and potassium. Blueberries reduce an individual’s risk of heart disease, diabetes while lowering cholesterol and controlling insulin sensitivity. As with bananas and strawberries, blueberries also firm up and reduces stubborn abdominal fat. This fruit salad is a fat burner for better ABS.

 

The Tangibles of Losing Belly Fat

The ABS still gets the lion share of attention especially during first impressions. The skin comes in as close second. If you want to look and feel better, especially in photographs, lose belly fat. Not only will you look better, your clothes will look better on you and your confidence level will dramatically improve along with your lifestyle.

The Intangibles of Losing Belly Fat

The indigestible fiber in bananas performs an important function, bananas resistant starch and blocks carbohydrates from being absorbed by the body. The bananas and blueberries prove that not all calories are equal that aren’t processed by the body in the same manner. Bananas like blueberries are also a great source for Potassium for heart health and healthier blood pressure levels. I have posted the blood pressure that I take every night, below. I don’t take any medication of any kind at age 65.

So What is the Health Index (HI) Factor?

The Health Index Factor helps to identify foods that are high in protein, fiber, and Omega-3 fats that turn your body into a turbocharging calories-burning juggernaut. The HI part of the DELPHI DIET makes reaching your healthy weight and waistline easier without having to rely solely on your exercise, because you won’t get there by exercising only. You can’t out work your diet in the gym.

I use the standard Nutrition Label on food products, or off restaurants websites, to find foods that are at or below a HI of 3.25. The results of eating meals at or below a HI of 3.25 allow me to lose weight and inches starting in December 2014. I lost 6.00 inches within just 3- months, or 39.2- pounds by February of 2015, see my Waistline Chart below. By September of 2015, I lost 9.25- inches, for a total of 52- pounds. The DELPHI DIET & CAST FITNESS System got ready to model at 57 and even at age 65 with young ladies that work with us at THE QATSPY®. Improve Your Profile

This photograph was taken on July 02, 2022 in my Home GYM by a fellow photographer. I’m 65 years old.

I had a fellow photographer that called me on Saturday, July 02, 2022, who had a client that needed a photoshoot of a person that was fit working out on a boxing bag. She knew that I had a GYM with a boxing bag where I work out six- days per week and wondered if she could do a photoshoot. The only thing that I requested was that she do the photoshoot in the morning while it was cool. My GYM is in the attic space above my photo studio and golf training facility. My GYM isn’t air-conditioned on purpose to provide me with a conditioning component to my workouts, temperatures can reach up to 118 degree Fahrenheit.

If you recall the beach scene in TOP GUN:MAVERICK, the Director, Joseph Kosinski, shot this scene twice; because there wasn’t enough sweating during the first take. But in my case, I sweat profusely and I would have been drenched in sweat later that day. I have attached the beach scene from TOP GUN:MAVERICK, below. The music for this scene is by OneRepublic, entitled- I Ain’t Worried.

The profile shot of me on the bag is one of more critical photoshoots to do, because it reveals your profile fitness of the stomach, especially at age 65. And when you’re throwing blows into a punching bag, your abdominal muscles are flex outward.
