Get Active to Improve One’s Health & Fitness
The sedentary lifestyles of our kids and adults might be a major factor of the people’s survival, especially with these new variants. We just can’t rely on the vaccines only, but we are going to have to consider vaccinations as a supplement to our overall health, that is based on following a diet and fitness regimen. We need to get moving on our health and fitness and get our numbers under control.
We need to become more physically active. Just this week, Tom Rice, a WWII Veteran with the 101st Airborne that took part in The D-Day Invasion on June 6th 1944. For his 100th birthday, he made a jump from a vintage C-47 (a DC-3) on August 16, 2021. But this wasn’t the only time Tom Rice jumped recently, as he also jumped during a 75th Anniversary of The D-Day Invasion of France at the age of 97 in 2019. What a testament to being in great shape can provide people, regardless of their age. Reporters covering Tom Rice’s jump, on August 16th, asked him what was the secret to his longevity. He simply replied to the reporter- ‘Keep Moving!’

I have developed a Diet with a Rejuvenating Exercise of X-Training Fitness Program that has not only allowed me to drop inches off my waistline, but just as impressive, to drop decades off my appearance. I have designated it The DEL-Rx Fitness Program that has allowed me actually turn back my clock. By being more physically active at age 64, I feel as good and as active as I did at age 34. I have always exercised since I was 12 years old, but it wasn’t enough to prevent me from gaining weight as I aged. Instead of just fitness, I also had to condition my body while exercising under special situations in my GYM.
The DEL-Rx Fitness Program is Diet program that is based on a person’s Circadian Rhythms and a simple Weight Factor that I developed just using Nutrition Labels. Combining Circadian Rhythms with the Weight Factor has allowed me to go from a waistline of 37.50- inches down to 29.50- inches in just nine (9) short months. Start a Diet and Fitness Program to Better Health
I would encourage everyone to start a diet and fitness program, and I would strongly recommend my DEL-Rx Age-Defying Fitness, obviously. A misconception in fitness is that an exercise program, in order to be beneficial, has to be strenuous. That is incorrect, as the biggest objective is just to get moving. I would, however, suggest exercising where it is warm to encourage sweating, as this is my conditioning. There are huge benefits to Sweating-It-Out during one’s exercise regimen.
If you want to have a juggernaut-type diet and fitness program, you have to figure out how and when the body processes food and the optimized conditions to maximize your workout. This diet and conditions that I work out under has allowed me to drop inches off my waistline and decades off my appearance.
In the featured image above, I’m 64 years old. This photograph was taken seven years after I started DEL-Rx Age-Defying Fitness Program, preparing for an airshow, on June 21, 2021. Not only did I lose inches in my waistline, I have managed to maintain a 29.5 inch waistline for seven years now. The reason for getting myself into shape is that I model my line of apparel that I carry in my online store with twentysomethings.
