Searching for a Diet & Younger-Looking Skin– You Don’t have to become Indiana Jones to find a Diet & Fitness to Drop those Lbs. & Years
Fortunately, you don’t have to become Indiana Jones to look for an age-defying diet and fitness program, like the Holy Grail in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. You don’t have to go to Petra in Jordan to find a diet that fits your taste, schedule, and provides you with results.
THE DELPHI is as easy as knowing WHAT and WHEN to eat, coupled with a simple fitness program based on Cardio-Aerobic Strength Training routine. If you have elastic resistance tubing and a door, then you have half the fitness equipment that I use. One of the best Cardio-Aerobic exercise you can have is riding a bicycle, or stationary bicycle. The next best thing is just walking.

Through the Lens of the Camera
The lens of the camera, as any model is aware of and knows all too well, the camera provides one of the most definitive critiques of your health and fitness that you can have, especially doing an AB Challenge at age 65, shown below. After a photoshoot we did for our Cooper Sportswear Collection on January 07th, 2023, in our hangar, I also did an AB Challenge. This AB Challenge shows the results of THE DELPHI DIET & CAST FITNESS System. I documented every part and phase of THE DELPHI DIET & CAST FITNESS System using my Chemical Engineering background.
THE DELPHI DIET & CAST FITNESS System is based on the Tri-Factor of Diet, Exercise, and Lifestyle components that are easy to use and follow that offer dramatic results, not in months, but in weeks. In November of 2014, after hip replacement and four knee surgeries, I was able to get back on my diet and exercise program that I followed in my mid-30’s, when I was in great shape, with little or no knee or hip pain.
I started back on my diet and fitness program the first part of December of 2014. This gave me a seven month period to allow me enough time to get into shape and start modeling in June of 2015. I knew from the past when I was in my 20’s and 30’s that my DELPHI DIET & FITNESS program would work, but the only question was how about being in my mid-50’s. That was the only unknown I had to answer in the next seven months.
In order to model, I needed to drop over 7- inches in my waistline and 42- pounds before the June date. I actually reached my objective of losing 7- inches in my waistline and 45- pounds in just 13- weeks, by February 27, 2015; see my Waistline Chart, posted below:
I Dropped More than Just Lbs. and Inches with DELPHI DIET & CAST FITNESS System
By February 27, 2015, I noticed something else that I had dropped that was totally unexpected, as I dropped about 30- years off the condition of my skin to have the skin that I had in my mid-30’s, now at age 65. The AB Challenge and the photo of me on the tarmac of our airport, above, show how effective THE DELPHI DIET & CAST FITNESS System results were, then and now, going on eight (8) years, since February of 2015. The real measure of a diet’s effectiveness isn’t just dropping the weight, but keeping the weight off over the long haul and looking toned and in better shape.
The DELPHI DIET is simple and easy to follow that is based on two components- WHAT you eat (food with a Health Index number at or below 3.25) and WHEN you eat (between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.). Just like Circadian Rhythms that regulate your sleep patterns, you also have Circadian Rhythms that regulate your metabolism in how and when you digest your food effectively.
The WHEN you eat will be your biggest adjustment to make with THE DELPHI DIET of eating between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., which will take about a week to a-week-and-a-half to get accustomed to of NOT eating past 6 p.m. But believe me, the results you will see are well worth the adjustment and your effort by following THE DELPHI DIET.
If the WHEN is your diet’s engine, then the WHAT is your turbocharger to provide a calorie-burning-juggernaut that burns calories at a higher rate, even while you are sleeping. In addition to WHAT and WHEN you eat to maintain a healthy weight, WHAT and WHEN also provide you with age-defying skin to help you look and feel younger.
You can’t even purchase skincare products that come in tubes or jars that are this effective of providing you with natural age-defying skincare to turn back time on your skin, but THE DELPHI is a lot less expensive. This is like having your own personal plastic surgeon, but this works with your body naturally at night.

Last October, 2022, I had a growth on my skin that I had Mississippi Center for Plastic Surgery removed for me because it changed in color, shape and size. Those conditions concern me to a point that I had Doctor Steckler and his Physician Assistant, Priscilla Resser, remove it and had it tested that we later found out to be benign. John Tesh Radio Show Explain the Reason for my Younger Looking Skin
I later found out why I had younger-looking skin by following THE DELPHI DIET, while listening to the John Tesh radio show, Intelligence for Your Life. On May 11, 2022, John Tesh was reading from a Cleveland Clinic research paper on the health risk of eating past 6 p.m. Eating past 6 p.m. interferes with your body’s natural ability to repair and rejuvenate your skin at night. This is your very own personal plastic surgeon that works the night shift for you. Believe me when I say that you will not believe your own results of weight lost and in addition having younger-looking skin, as well, just by eating between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.!
Another risk of eating past 6 p.m. is the negative effect that it has on your blood pressure, blood glucose, and cholesterol numbers, also. So what you can gather from the Cleveland Clinic report that John Tesh cited from is that nothing good ever happens to your health and fitness, including your skin when you eat past 6 p.m.
To monitor my blood pressure, blood glucose, and even my cholesterol, I have three monitors that I use to check my TRI-FACTOR Indicators each week at home. At age 65, my blood pressure runs 117/62 with Pulse reading of 63 , Non Fasting Blood glucose readings at 114, and my Total Cholesterol is 176. I’m not on any prescribed medication of any type or kind. At least purchase a blood pressure monitor. The Cholesterol monitor is a little harder to come by and more expensive.
So how effective is THE DELPHI DIET just by itself?
In March of 2015, I was at one of my favorite restaurants in Nashville, Tennessee, having lunch, when I noticed my usual waitress having some concerns. What I found out was that she was scheduled to be in a close friend’s wedding in 6- weeks, and she had gained about 20- pounds over the past 3- months that prevented her from wearing the her dress to be a Bridesmaid in the wedding.
Since she was a close friend and she being my waitress, I gave her a signed draft copy at that time of my DELPHI DIET & CAST FITNESS as a perfect trial test case. Four weeks later, when I was back in Nashville at the same restaurant having lunch, she couldn’t wait to tell and show me that she had lost 15- pounds and now could wear her Bridesmaid dress. I asked her to do herself a favor by continuing to follow THE DELPHI DIET.
