How many diets and fitness programs that you have tried that allows you to drop NOT ONLY weight and inches, but also drop years off the condition and age of your skin. In the featured photograph, above, I’m in my GYM working out with a 80 Lb. boxing bag at 65 years old. The DELPHI DIET & CAST FITNESS SYSTEM that I started on November 28, 2014 was so effective that it allowed me to come from behind the camera as a photographer to in front of the camera to model our sportswear.
Just three (3) months into The DELPHI DIET & CAST FITNESS SYSTEM, I noticed that I was dropping more than just Lbs. and inches; I was dropping years off my skin. I was recently listening to John Tesh radio show, Intelligence for Your Life, on May 11, 2022, which substantiates why I was experiencing this age-defying results. The age-defying results were due to two factors- WHEN and WHAT I ate that are the main drivers to me dropping weight and years just inside 3- months of starting The DELPHI DIET & CAST FITNESS SYSTEM .
Critical Analysis and Scrutiny of One’s Health and Fitness
When it comes to critical analysis and scrutiny of one’s health and fitness, the camera lens proves to be the most scrutinizing assessment of one’s health and fitness, but also the condition and age of one’s skin. When I started The DELPHI DIET & CAST FITNESS SYSTEM on November 28, 2014, my objective was just to get into shape to produce golf and fitness videos. My main focus was losing from 37.75- inches waistline down to 32.0- inches in 6- months. The safe rate of weight lost is about one-quarter (1/4) of inch per week, or for me about 23- weeks.
So I estimated by Friday, May 08th, 2015, I should drop at least 5.75- inches in my waistline or about 45- pounds. What I discovered was that The DELPHI DIET & CAST FITNESS SYSTEM allowed me to reach a waistline of 32- inches by January 22, 2015, that was only 8- weeks into the diet. So I’m thinking, what if I remain on The DELPHI DIET & CAST FITNESS SYSTEM, what results could I actually obtain by June of 2015. Refer to my Waistline Chart below:
The DELPHI DIET & CAST FITNESS SYSTEM allowed me to Model at Age 65
In June of 2015, when I was retiring to start my company THE QATSPY- Quapaw Aviation Tactical Sportswear Performance Outfitters Company. I actually dropped down to 30.875- inches by June 01, 2015, noted above. This allowed me by September to schedule a photoshoot with our models featuring our flight jackets. These are the same flight jackets that we supply to the U.S. Military that are also available to the public in my Online Store.
On Saturday, September 05, 2015, two days before Labor Day, I had scheduled our photoshoot on our tarmac where we were hosting an airshow with vintage World War II aircraft. I decided to have a good friend who is also a photographer to do the photoshoot for me where I could pose with the young ladies with our flight jackets. One of those photographs is shown, above.
Now fast forward to May 19, 2022, when we did the photoshoot again for our TOP GUN:MAVERICK Flight Jackets in our hangar, shown above, because of the COVID-19 Delay of releasing the TOP GUN Movie. As we were finishing the photoshoot, my same friend asked if I would be interested in doing one of the most challenging poses in photography, an AB Challenge at age 64, soon to be 65 in July of 2022. So I posed leaning against my INDIAN Scout Bobber V-60 Motorcycle, below.
Back to the future, in the feature image below, I’m in my GYM on Saturday, July 02, 2022. My photographer friend needed a boxer working out with a boxing bag for a client. The only thing I asked was that she could come over and take my photograph at the start of my workout in my GYM. I explained to her that if she waited any longer, I would be drenched with sweat. My GYM isn’t air conditioned, so temperatures in July in my GYM can reach temperatures upwards of 115 degrees Fahrenheit.
I typically workout shirtless in late spring and during the summer months in my GYM because I can’t even laundry my T-shirts after a couple of weeks of working out. It is easier for me to workout shirtless and then cool down on the back porch to re-hydrate before showering.
I credit The DELPHI DIET & CAST FITNESS SYSTEM for my health and fitness at age 65. If an AB Challenge isn’t challenging enough, my photographer friend took the most challenging photo of all, a profile shot with me working out with my punching bag.
