The HI in DELPHI, Key to Health & Fitness– HI Represents Health Index Number of How you can Turn Your Body into Calorie-Burning Juggernaut
Here’s a question: I would like for you to think about while reading this article on The DELPHI Age-Defying DIET & FITNESS System– How many diets that you know of or followed that in addition to dropping LBS. and inches, you also drop decades off the age of your skin? I’m 64 in the featured photograph taken on November 9th, 2021. I still have muscle mass and tone that I had when I was 30 years old.
The term DELPHI System is a very effective Diet, Exercise, Lifestyle, Performance, Health Index System that will allow you to choose foods that are a Probiotic and high in Protein and Fiber, essential for a healthy diet. The Exercise component allows you to use basic dumbbells, elastic tubing, and cardio to workout in your own home, or home gym. Lifestyle consists of various activities, including sports and sporting events, for a complete mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
DIET
The most significant part of the DELPHI System is the Diet component. Diet consists of 80 percent of your overall health and fitness. Most people want to eat healthy and be in good shape, but they don’t have the tool to do so. The Health Index allows you to use seven (7) elements on the standard Nutrition Labels on food items or menu items and have meals at home or at your favorite restaurant to help you drop pounds and inches.
My objective is to keep my food items below a Health Index of 3.25
Just using these seven (7) elements, on the above Nutrition Label above, I dropped over 52– pounds and 8.25– inches in my waistline, in less than nine (9) months. Forty-five (45) pounds and 5.75- inches were what I was able to drop within six (6) weeks of starting my DELPHI System, on November 28, 2014. Your objective in order to reach your health and fitness is to have a waistline be less than half your height, the lower the better.
EXERCISE
The Exercise component is the second most significant part of your health and fitness. This DELPHI Exercise component consists of a Strength and Conditioning workout that you can tailor to your needs. You can make it as strenuous or as light as you need. I set up a home gym in the area over my golf training facility and photography studio, shown above, and this is all of the equipment that I use.
The main emphasis that I would like to point out in this photograph, above, of my home gym is you don’t have to use heavy weights to build and maintain strong muscle tone and structure. I placed the featured image above in as evidence of how effective my workout regimen is, even at the age 64. I let you be the judge if you think The DELPHI DIET & FITNESS System WORKS, or NOT!
What was totally unexpected that I gained from The DELPHI DIET & FITNESS System was that my Diet and Exercise provided an Age-Defying condition of my skin. It was like that I turned back the clock on the condition of my skin, not just by years, but decades, like three (3) decades. I have a photograph of when I graduated collage at age 29, below, and the feature photograph taken on November 9th of this year at age 64.
The feature photograph was taken after I did a photo shoot featuring our line of US WINGS® A-2 and G-1 Leather Jackets and the TOPGUN 2 CWU-45P Nylon Flight Jacket that I carry in my online store. Again, I’m 64 years old when we made this photo shoot below. The crew wanted me to do an AB Challenge.

LIFESTYLE
Your best Fashion Statement is your Fitness, nothing has more of an impact than your Strength & Conditioning!
The last component in The DELPHI System is your lifestyle. Lifestyle consists of health habits you incorporate into your life- i.e., healthy diet, fitness, dental hygiene, wearing seat belts, and etc. But one lifestyle component that you can add is a sport activity that provides a purpose for working out.
Even attending a sporting event has several health benefits, both physically and mentally. One reason for the mental component is the statistics that serious fan bases keep up with for the players on their team. I attended a Kentucky vs. Mississippi State Football game with a close friend and that was a highlight of my weekend.
Another reason that I attended this particular Mississippi State Game was that the MSU Baseball team was receiving their 2021 College World Series Rings. That series with Vanderbilt was just as exciting as the football game. What a Collage Baseball Season for the ages in coping with COVID-19 and still having SPORTS, which is important to all of us!
What was particularly interesting was that Kentucky was coming into this game with a 5-0 record.
