This Blood Pressure reading of 11/63 with Pulse of 58 is what is typical for me at age 63. My other key indicators are NON-FASTING Blood Glucose level: 124 mg/dL, Total Cholesterol level: 175 mg/dL. RECOMMENDED– You want to keep Blood Glucose below 140 mg/dL (Non-Fasting) and a Total combined Cholesterol reading below 200 mg/dL.
In the photograph below, I’m 63 years old, as I model my line of apparel that includes the authentic A-2 Leather Flight Jacket that we supply the U.S. Military and the custom-fitted khaki pants and Button-Down (5.5 oz. wt.) Oxford shirt that I carry in my Online store. Heavier Oxford cloth looks and wears better than lighter, typical weighted cloth shirts that you find in stores.

This A-2 Leather Flight Jacket has become my new Sports Jacket of choice, due to me being able to sanitize it myself during this Pandemic, with a simple solution of dishwater detergent (1 teaspoon) and water (8 oz.) and just wiping the jacket down, as needed. NO DRY CLEANING NEEDED! Another great sanitizer is Eucalyptus oil for wiping down your jacket. DO NOT EVER USE ALCOHOL on Leather! Your cloth, or wool blind, sports jacket is a perfect breeding ground for bacteria and viruses. I wear my A-2 Leather Flight Jacket 11-months out of the year.
Using my Weight Factor CODES assisted me in analyzing my meals, allowing me to lose 35 pounds and 4.75- inches, in just 4- weeks during the month of December of 2014, of all months to lose weight. Right in the middle of the holidays. I have included my waistline measurements during my Nine (9) month diet results. As of today (22Dec2020), I have a waistline of 29.25-inches. I hate to use fractions, even while I was in high school.
I used my Chemistry background and Engineering Degree to help me to develop a diet plan to not lose just a few pounds and inches, but I needed to lose over 30 pounds and 4-inches in my waistline. From experience, I knew exercise alone, especially after the age of 40, wasn’t going to allow me to lose that amount of weight and inches that I needed to lose. This was even with me riding my bicycle 8- miles a day and working out in my gym.

I wanted others to have the same results in their health and fitness that I had in 4- short weeks without having to buy per-packaged food or paid for expensive diet plans. I was going to start my own business after I retired at age 57 to produce my own golf training and fitness videos and even model my apparel line for photoshoots, a pretty ambitious goal I must admit at age 57, much less at age 63. Being overweight wasn’t going to be conducive for either me doing training videos or modeling at any age. The photograph below was taken a month before I retired at age 57 and after I lost 46- pounds in June of 2014, I’m the one in the middle standing on the Double-Steel Channel Crossarm that I designed.

After Hurricanes Laura and Delta that ravaged the western part of Louisiana, I was asked to come back off retirement to assist in transmission line restoration efforts. My linemen that I used to work with couldn’t believe the shape I was in at age 63, below. So they dared me to take off my shirt for this photograph, and below shows me and my log that I kept to record my waistline reduction.
