July the 4th Early Morning Open Road Ride– Along MS Hwy 436 making a stop to enjoy saturated Hickory breeze aroma of FULL MOON Bar-B-Que
This 4th of July weekend, like most weekends, I take my INDIAN Scout Motorcycle on the open road ride around Madison, Mississippi, to enjoy the quiet morning. This morning ride took me by the FULL MOON Bar-B-Que where our American Flag proudly waved in the breeze that was saturated with the Hickory smoke curling up from their chimney.
If your travels take you along I-55 in central Mississippi near the quaint town of Madison, MS, Exit No. 112, you have to drop by the FULL MOON Bar-B-Que restaurant and enjoy one of their hickory smoked tantalizing meats. The restaurant is just a short jaunt off I-55 off MS Hwy 463 East. The only disappointment this Sunday morning is that FULL MOON Bar-B-Que wasn’t open yet.
If you’re through Mississippi during the summer months, you need to enjoy our great southern hospitality and the FULL MOON Bar-B-Que where I typically order the Brisket slice sandwich, onion rings, and ice tea. The only thing else that I need to do is to take my time and enjoy a great meal. Take it slow where you can enjoy that savory smoked selection of meats and their great sauce that FULL MOON Bar-B-Que has to offer.
