How I TKO My Sciatic Nerve Pain and Discomfort with simple Vitamin C to Technically Knock Out Pain and Discomfort in My Lower Back, Legs, and Feet
Back in early exploration of the 16th to 18th Centuries, sailors complained of pain in their legs that made it practically impossible of making voyages. It even caused death in some cases. Even back in the 16th and 18th Centuries, the medical field discovered that sailors weren’t getting enough fruit, or Vitamin C, on their voyages onboard ships that caused the pain in their legs.
The medical profession suggested that ship crews take along and stop on their voyages and pick up fruit from their ports of calls. The medical field diagnosed the anemia as Sailor Disease, or what is called Scurvy.
Vitamin C was also also a great method for me to Technically Knock Out my Sciatic Nerve issues and common joint inflammation that I have, from time-to-time. After my medical discharged from the U.S. Army, I had four (4) surgeries and a hip replacement.
I suffer from Sciatic Nerve issues that originate in my lower back and shoot down each of my legs and into my feet, Before I incurred medical expenses with this discomfort, I took Vitamin C could to relieve these issues, along with proper lifting techniques and using waist belts to eliminate vibration conditions on my tractor and while flying.
Vibration is just as Much an Ergonomic Concern as Improper Lifting is on the Back
I work on my KUBOTA Tractor on my farm, so one of my precautions that I take is wearing a waist band to absorb vibrations, while operating my tractor. I developed Sciatic issues while flying for 33- years. Like they say, sitting is the new smoking.
When you’re flying, you can’t just get up when you want to in the cockpit and walk around. You are in a cramped cockpit, sitting for two-hour periods doing aerial patrols. This contributed to my Sciatic Nerve issues and also aggravates my issue now, I was on my tractor without my belt one day this past summer while helping a neighbor. What was going to be 10-minutes job turned out to be 2-hours job; and my back felt it for months.
This knocked me out of golf for two months, until I started my regimen of 2000 mg per day. I take 4 tablets per day, one in the morning at breakfast, then one at lunch, dinner, and one at bedtime. The bedtime one is more effective than the others. Within less than a day, I felt 100 percent better, with no Sciatic Nerve issues. I’m continuing my 2000 mg of Vitamin C for another two weeks at which time I will take one in the morning and bedtime. I still follow my Sciatic Nerve Exercises, in my YouTube Video below, to maintain my abdominal and back muscles. Good Ab muscles contribute to good back health.

November is Diabetes and Alzheimer’s Awareness Month
November is Diabetes and Alzheimer’s Awareness Month. This week I will be posting an article on your Fiber Strength against Diabetes and Alzheimer’s, just by including more fiber in your diet. My 925-MET Diet Plan is high in fiber and protein, but very low in sugar and the hidden sugar, starches.
Starches are actually have a more compound adverse impact on your health than sugars. One reason, we have more of a fetish for the taste of salt then we do sugar. QUESTION: Can you eat just one potato chip at one setting, especially with the Holidays around the corner, That’s one reason I don’t even take the first chip, because I know where I will end up at.
