THE QATSPY® DIET A Calorie-Burning Juggernaut– Drop Weight, Inches off Your Waistline and Years off the Appearance/Condition of Your Skin
Just because it is the Holidays doesn’t mean you can’t drop weight, inches, and even years off to look and feel better than you have in years, if not decades. THE QATSPY® DIET is based on two simple principles of WHAT you eat, but more importantly WHEN you eat.
So what does THE QATSPY® represent? QATSPY® represents my diet that consists of Quail (2.90), Apples (2.00), Turkey (0.63), Sweet Potato (1.79), Pinto Beans (2.64), and Yogurt, low sugar, (1.55). I occasionally swapped out sweet potatoes with Turnip Greens (2.55) where I can enjoy one of my favorite meals of Turnip Greens & Beans, even Cracker Barrel® has this on their menu, my favorite. These dietary items that I have listed are considered the perfect foods. These are foods with a Health Index (HI) at or below 3.25 factor based on 9 factors off Nutrition Labels.
If you remember in Exodus in Chapter 16:13 in the Bible, this was where God fed the Israelites with Quail where they would have meat to eat during their journey out of Egypt to the Promise Land. I eat Kosher and try to stay with the dietary items identify in the Old Testament. So far my results have been significant at age 65, as noted in the featured image above.
The reason I grew a beard for most of my photographs is where I can actually look older, because if I don’t, I will look even younger that my mid-30’s even at age of 65. This is one of the benefits of THE QATSPY® DIET has.
The numbers that follow each of my QATSPY® dietary items, in the second paragraph, is the Health Index (HI) factor that I developed using my chemical engineering background and analytics. I used analytics to extrapolate nine (9) data points from off the nutrition labels on food products for all my meals.
I use the HI to determine what other dietary items that I could have to turn my body into a turbocharged-calorie-burning juggernaut that allowed me to drop 9.25- inches and maintain a 28.50- inch waistline even at the age 65 for the past 7- years since September 2015.
Health Index (HI) Factor for Items that you might Eat during the Holiday
Ground Chuck (4 oz.) 3,27
Idaho Potato (1 spud) 3.43
Same Idaho Potato but with 1 Tablespoon of Sour Cream and 1 teaspoon of butter- 9.09
Potato Chips (20 chips) 5.16
Shredded Coconut (2 Tablespoon)- 7.30
NOTE: When running the numbers from the Nutrition Labels for the (HI) factor you have to pay close attention to the SERVING SIZES. Any amount over this serving size that is consumed has to be multiply by that overrun over the noted serving size.
Basis of THE QATSPY® DIET
In my late-20’s through my mid-30’s, I followed what I called THE QATSPY® Diet that consisted of dietary items listed in the second paragraph: Quail, Apples, Turkey, Sweet Potatoes, Pinto Beans, and Yogurt low in sugar. Just make sure you check the grams of sugar especially on yogurt. A lot of yogurt products have sugar between 8 to 20 grams, or even higher.
In my late 20’s, I was trying to get back into shape that I had been during my high school days and while I was in the U.S. ARMY. I was also riding my bicycle 15- miles a day and strength training that was my fitness component.
Fast Forward to my Late-30’s
THE QATSPY® DIET and my exercise routine allowed me to get back to a 28.50- inch waistline that I enjoyed from age 28 to 35 before my knee and hip injuries became a serious issue that resulted in four- knee surgeries and a hip replacement before age 57 due to injuries that I had during my Military service. Due to the pain that I was experiencing, I couldn’t exercise and I got off my diet that allowed me to gained 50- pound and 9.25- inches over the next 20 years until age 57 when I started back on THE QATSPY® DIET.
THE QATSPY® Even Works after Age 57
After my surgeries in October of 2014, I got back on my QATSPY® DIET and CAST Fitness program because I was retiring in June of 2015 to start my sportswear and performance business. On November 28, 2014, I started back on THE QATSPY® DIET where I lost 45- Lbs. and 5.75- inches just within 8- weeks, even during the Holidays. By June 2015, I lost down to a 30.78- inch waistline, (see my Waistline Chart below for my results):
I was able to start my sportswear and performance business on schedule, in mid-June of 2015, but I was also able to do something else, totally unexpected, I was able to model my sportswear collection over the past 8- years, even at the age of 65. After our photoshoot for our US WINGS® TOP ACE Collection in August 2022, I was able to even do an AB Challenge in our hangar at age 65, in the photograph above.
Most diets programs might allow you to drop weight and inches, but how many also allows you to drop years off the appearance and condition of your skin where you can do an AB Challenge at age 65?
I Dropped 3 Decades off the Appearance and Condition of my Skin at Age 57
While my main focus was to drop weight and inches, I dropped something that even more surprising to me than just dropping my Weight, Inches, Blood Pressure, Blood Glucose, and Cholesterol levels. I dropped about 30- years off the appearance and condition of my skin just by following two (2) simple fundamentals of healthy eating- WHAT I ate based on food with a Health Index (HI) at or below 3.25 factor. Then the main turbo-driver for an age-defying skin, WHEN I ate, between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Nothing good ever happens to your health, especially the condition of your skin, eating past 6 p.m.
I realize during the Holidays it is difficult to eat your evening meals before 6 p.m., but every chance you get try to eat your evening meals before 6 p.m. Even John Tesh sighted a medical research report on his radio show, Intelligence for Your Life, on May 11, 2022 that substantiated eating before 6 p.m. Eating past 6 p.m. interferes with your body’s natural ability to repair and rejuvenate your skin at night while we are sleeping.
This inability for your body to repair and rejuvenate your skin at night is what causes your skin to age in addition to over exposure to sunlight. While we need sunlight, we need only to get our recommended sunlight based on the type of skin we have. Consult with your physician.
