The QATSPY Classic Catfish Batter furnished for The Southern Heritage Air Foundation Hangar and Cockpit Rides held on Saturday, June 13, 2020
THE QATSPY At-the turn Cafe will be furnishing our classic Catfish Batter to The Southern Heritage Air Foundation for their Catfish Fry for their Open House held on June 13, 2020.
Activities will include (Times are listed below):
- Rummage Sale (7am – 2pm)
- Free Tours of the Aviation Museum (7am – 2pm)
- People can purchase In-The-Cockpit Rides (9am – 2pm)
- Pick up plates of hot, fresh Catfish (11am – 2pm)
Each plate will include: fried catfish, hushpuppies, french fries, baked beans and Cole slaw)
Plates will be $15.00 per plate that can be (*) pre-purchase all proceeds will go toward the operations of the Southern Heritage Foundation Air Museum to promote aviation and its historical impact on our nation.

Both Roll recipes is based off a 200 years recipe that my grandfather brought over from France. The flour we use is specifically ground for use from Pennsylvania.
