Sync-Preset Your Golf Swing Fundamentals: Two simple Permanent Techniques you have NOW to develop a repeatable and confident golf swing! Two simple permanent muscle techniques that you developed as a kid in the batter’s box for Tee-Green
All our fine motor skills are developed before the age of 12 that become our permanent instinctive motor skills that we perform without even thinking in trades and sports. Two of those permanent instinctive wrist action skills you will need for The Golfer’s Sync-Pro Strike Zone APP is based on two simple wrist actions that we’ve been doing since before age eight.
As a kid playing with your first plastic baseball bat you learned to develop these two fine motor skills. The two fine instinctive motor skills are Palmar-Flexion (waving good-bye) and Pronation (turning a door knob). You perform these two simple fine motor skills. You performed 80 percent of the entire golf swing into the Cock-Lock Position before taking the handle of the golf club to the top of the swing.
The Anatomy of the Wrist Action in the Golf Swing
When you look down with your wrists into the Cock-Lock Position should look like the illustration below:
I produced the following videos to illustrate the golfer’s Sync-Preset Strike Zone Technique.
The first four videos were where a local television station that had a spots director and film crew come out to shoot the following raw video of me covering Introduction, Walk-through, Demonstration, the others were done earlier in my training facility performing the Pitch shot, Bunt-Pitch, and Tick-Tock putt videos of my Golf Swing Techniques:
Introduction to a 290- yard Tee Shot
Walk-Through of the 290- yard Tee Shot
Demonstration of the 290- yard Tee Shot
Promotion used by the Television Station to promote our videos we made for there Sports Zone Program:
The sports director interview me during the Sports Zone Telecast
Pitch Shot
Tick-Tock Putt
Note No. 1: In the 290- Yard Tee shot, I’m using special practice golf balls at the request of the film crew where they could use a single set up to capture the entire Tee Shot.
Note No. 2: APP represents the term Apperception where an athlete can take skills from one sports, like baseball swing, and develop skills in the golf swing.
I wrote this article now where golfers can start knocking the rust off their golf swing and develop an instinctive golf swing to get familiar with their subconscious golf game. We don’t play golf or any sports with our conscious mind of thinking; but with our subconscious mind, which is instinctive fine motor skills.
Every golfer figures this out when they step foot onto the first tee box.
Two Subconscious Mind Rules
There are four Sports Psychology Techniques that are used to train our subconscious mind that will take over for an instinctive performance. There are two rules of how the subconscious mind performs based on two Rules our of ten Rules of the Subconscious Mind with-
Rule No. 7 The subconscious mind always prevails in conflicts with the conscious mind.
Rule No. 9 The greater the conscious effort reduces the subconscious intuitive response.♠
Four Sports Physiology Fundamentals:
1. Develop Natural and Repetitive Routine tasks.
2. Practice and perform under actual conditions that must exist in both, thus the videos above.
3. Rely on a high degree of: relaxation, confidence, and muscle memory.
4. Allow the Subconscious mind to project to take over being IN THE ZONE.
