EXCALIBUR Faith-Based Sports Performance– My NEW BOOK on KINDLE for athletes to maximize fine motor skills using their Auto-APP skills. This is geared especially for Homeschooled students for their health, fitness, and self-esteem.

      

Purpose of EXCALIBUR Athlete’s Forged Performance is to encourage families and homeschoolers to establish sports as part of their children’s curriculum for supporting the health of their mind. body, and soul.

Sports offers an unlimited potential for kids of all ages to achieve an active lifestyle for their overall health, fitness, and wellbeing. Sports requires endurance, strength, stamina, flexibility, coordination, agility, balance, accuracy, power, and Speed to reach their full potential in all areas of their life. This development includes academics, professional, and developing skills.



What benefits the body, benefits the heart, mind, and soul especially with a fitness routine that has a meditation component to clear the mind.

Sports is a great means to identify deficiencies in children at a young age to be able to correct these deficiencies before they negatively impact their learning skills.

The biggest impact I hope this book will have is especially on parents that homeschool their children to be able to coach their children in a variety of sports with a health and fitness program for the entire family.



Every person also should be encouraged to start a highly skilled hobby that can later become a second career, like in retirement.

The welding that I picked up at a VOTECH College has allowed me to have a hobby that benefits me and my neighbors where I welding a bracket to mount a winch onto my neighbor’s Jeep. Welding to me is therapeutic that has became my second career since I retired at age 57.

Before I retired, I attended a VOTECH College to pick up welding to have as my second career for when I retired at age 57. The best retirement plan besides a 401(k) or IRA is developing a trade skill that can become a therapeutic hobby. Fitness and hobbies can provide a physical and mental therapeutic benefit to allow me to remain active that can defy and even reverse the aging process. Below, was a photograph taken after we did a photoshoot for my Tiger Cockpit Apparel & Gear in our hangar. I am 67 years old in this photograph.

This indicated that it is never too late to start a health & fitness program to defy the ravages of aging and the effects of life. I am 67 years old taken after I model apparel and gear from our Tiger Cockpit shop.

The title of this book, EXCALIBUR Athlete’s Forged Excel Performance is based on the importance of Faith based AUTO-APP that allows an athlete to perform in their ZONE. Faith Based AUTO-Type APP is a well-defined developmental technique based on using natural muscle memory skills. These fine motor skills has already been developed since early childhood. The advantages of AUTO-Type APP Muscle memory skills uses the small quick muscles in the wrists and forearms, called low threshold muscles, to create a high consistent level of instinctive performance.

Most of the barriers and challenges facing athletes of all ages is the inability to elevate their performance to performing in their ZONE. To reach this Zone performance requires developing specific strength and conditioning training techniques to develop the consistent and confident autopilot-type APP routine based on muscle memory.



We all want our sports performance to be as if it is second nature to us competing where we can trust our training and muscle memory totally. It is no coincidence that the term Muscle precedes the term Memory in this Sports ZONE Performance. The Sport ZONE Performance relies heavily on the athlete’s well-defined training routine that includes health, strengthening and conditioning of the Body, Mind, and Soul, their razor edge forged metal, the athlete’s Excalibur.

The athlete’s trust in their muscle memory allows the athlete to have a high degree of confidence in their training and performance without having to deal with the handicap of doubt and/or confusion. Lack of trust derails any and all of the athlete’s performance in sports and in all other areas of their life. There’s NO SUBSTITUTE for Confidence (Faith-Based Performance).



I found that the Bible is a great resource and guide for our performance not only in life, but in sports, as well. Doubt and lack of trust is the athlete’s worst obstacle to overcome to compete at a high consistent level.

The Apostle Paul, in 1 Corinthians 9: 24-27- Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one receives the prize? So run that you may obtain it. Every athlete exercises self-control in all things. They do it to receive something tangible, but we do it to receive something intangible (mental and spiritual health). So I do not run aimlessly; I do not box as one beating the air. But I discipline my body and keep it under control….

The best means to develop one’s belief and trust is with faith and to focus on a well-developed routine with a first key element to trigger the athlete’s subconscious skilled muscle memory.

One’s Demonstration of Faith in the Bible

Anyone that peaches the Word of God needs to stress this over-and-over.

In every instance that one’s faith was tested and expressed in the Bible, the individual had to demonstrate their faith with a physical commitment first. This is the same in sports where an athlete has the ability to focus on one key element of their routine. The athlete’s performance can be derailed by thinking about their entire performance instead of acting on one key element that triggers what is called the Kinetic Chain, or athlete’s natural response.

To demonstrate the effectiveness of the EXCALIBUR, Athlete’s Forged Performance, I did a video for a local Sports ZONE show here in Mississippi where I used my Palmer-Pro Golf Swing Technique to hit five (5) consecutive 295- yard T-shots to within 15- feet of a HOME DEPOT Orange Bucket, see below the demo and the raw video taped:

What I’m demonstrating, above, is how I just focused on two instinctive wrist actions that we all have performed since childhood (Palmar Flexion) and (Pronate) to engage my most powerful resource, we all have, our subconscious mind.

We might training with our conscious mind; but once we step on the field, court, or course, the first Tee-box, we depend totally on our subconscious mind. This is here all of our natural fine motor skills are filed away.

Subconscious Rule No. 9- The greater the conscious effort reduces the subconscious intuitive response.
