The last bullet will peak most people’s interest the most. It did my 3- months into my DELPHI DIET & CAST FITNESS System. My main goal was just to drop weight and inches, but I dropped years off the appearance of my skin. This is based on WHAT and WHEN to eat! John Tesh, Intelligence for Your Life, had a great session on May 11, 2022 on eating before 6 p.m. and the positive effects it has on your skin’s ability to repair and rejuvenate itself at night. The later you eat past 6 p.m. interrupts this natural process.
Just as there are 3- C’s that measure the quality of a diamond, there are 3- D’s that measure the quality of your diet and fitness program. Two of the 3-D’s are (1) dropping LBS. and (2) dropping Inches. The third (3rd) ‘D’ is huge and significant for dropping years off the appearance of your skin. The last 3-D could possibly be your most significant D in your Diet, Exercise, and Lifestyle changes, you can achieve the benefits of 3-D health within weeks not months.
If there is one primary area and criteria for measuring the success of a diet, it is the ABS. The ABS for both men and women are what garner the most attention and assessment of the effectiveness of one’s diet and exercise program. Dropping inches in your waistline is one thing, but toning up the ABS is the next critical step, even in your mid 60’s as I am, soon to be 65 in July.
The Gold Standard for Health and Fitness
As much as ABS are used as the Gold Standard for one’s health and fitness, the health and condition of one’s skin comes under the most scrutiny. Your skin is your billboard of your health and fitness. Just step in front of the camera lens for the biggest critique of your health and fitness and these two factors will loom the largest.
But not even the mirror can provide a most secularized critique of one’s physique and appearance than the lens of the camera. Especially if you are modeling like I do with young ladies one-third my age.
I know this all too well, the critique of the camera lens, because I came from behind the camera to being in front of the camera modeling our sportswear and producing golf and fitness training videos on an ongoing basis for my business. The camera can add between 8-to-10 LBS. to your waistline. The DELPHI DIET and CAST FITNESS has allowed me to keep in shape even doing an AB Challenge, in the featured image, at age 64 when I did this photo, soon to be 65 in July 2022.

These two (2) books help not just lower a golfer’s handicap, but to helped me to improve my health and fitness by lowering their numbers without medication. The DELPHI DIET & CAST FITNESS SYSTEM has both my golf coaching techniques and my personal Cardio-Aerobic Strength Training program description and videos in them. These eBooks have links to all my golf training and fitness videos. I prefer eBooks, because I can insert these helpful links of my training videos without using a QR Code.
KEY COACHING POINT: The CAST FITNESS consist of Cardio-Aerobic Strength Training. But the key to eliminate stomach fat, or subcutaneous fat, and get to a flat stomach is Cardio-Aerobic exercise where you can reach your Target Heart Rate for at least 15- minutes. Target Heart Rate (THR) is equal to 80% x (220- your age)= THR. My best opportunity since I’m over the age of 64 and have had 4- knee surgeries and a hip replacement is cycling. I can get my heart rate up to 154 bpm. Cycling is a low impact exercise.
